Scott has been great to work with on multiple trips for us. He provided a wide array of possible excursions in Costa Rica and was very flexible to customize our trip to fit our interests. The hotels he connected us with were perfect for what we wanted with amazing views and service. We had a wonderful experience using Scott from EZ Travel Pad! My husband and I were planning our honeymoon to St. Lucia when everything happened with Covid. Scott was very helpful with getting us our refund when we decided to cancel our trip. We knew when we rescheduled our trip, we would use Scott again because of the great experience we had with him originally. Hurricane interruption
