From the vibrant energy of the Grand Bazaar and Spice Markets—alive with color, aroma, and sound—to the peaceful countryside viewed from our motor coach, every moment was unforgettable. Our journey took us from the bustling city of Istanbul to the beaches of Dalyan and the magical Fairy Chimneys of Cappadocia.

Tour highlights included exploring the Blue Mosque, sharing a moment of silent prayer at Gallipoli, having my future read from coffee grounds in Sirince, witnessing the Cotton Castle Thermal Pools of Pamukkale (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), and experiencing the Whirling Dervishes ceremony.

Some of the most meaningful life experiences were walking through Ancient Ephesus (a UNESCO site) with our guide, hearing stories that brought the past to life, and taking a breathtaking hot air balloon ride over Cappadocia. The friendships formed along the way and the memories we created are ones I will always carry with me.

Great Amtrak Trip Back East

Mindy helped us plan a trip to Boston on Amtrak. Actually, "helped" is a poor choice of words here. Mindy totally planned our trip to Boston. She navigated through the train schedules (not at all an easy thing to do) to find us the best route for the days we wanted to travel. She found us a hotel within our price range near Logan Airport, which was important as some of our family flew in and needed to be picked up. When our train destination had to change due to track work, she contacted Amtrak to get us a $1400 refund and changed our rental car pick up from Boston to Albany, NY. Mindy did an outstanding job for us from start to finish making a process that could have been extremely frustrating into one that was pleasant and easy. We cannot recommend her highly enough.
