Alison was a huge help when we planned our family trip to Jamaica. She tool care of everything from booking our flights, transfer from the airport and our hotel. Everything went so smoothly! She was able to help me with all of my request and was very quick to respond for any changes for my trip. She even helped me with things I had no idea I had to think about like showing up the night before and getting a hotel room to accommodate that.
