From the beginning Deborah guided us enthusicastically and it was obvious that she cared about us having a great trip. She checked in constantly making sure we had what we needed, made sure we were prepared for anything, and made it so there was zero stress in the preparation. It was our 40th anniversary and our friends 40th also. Deborah guided us through the process of reserving 6 cabins and arranging our dinners. She assisted my husband and daughter in law with a diving experience in Grand Cayman. Everything was perfect. She is knowledgeable and experienced. You can't get a better travel agent!

The whole trip went off perfectly. From the coordination of our shuttles from the time we landed to the hotel and to the ship. The Cruise also exceeded my expectations. I was really impressed from beginning to end with the ship, the amenities, the food, the entertainment. It was much better overall than I had anticipated. I was reluctant about going on a cruise but It was very very nice. The celebrity apex is awesome.

Deborah really was the best person for us to work with. From the very beginning she asked questions about us and what types of things we liked to do. Then she recommended the perfect trip to Rome and the perfect Cruise through the Mediterranean. I was a little nervous planning such a big trip, but she calmed all of that by handling so much of the trip for us. It really was easy, stress-free and tailored to us. I even threw her a couple of curve balls right before we left, like moving states and a problem with scheduling with my husbands work calendar. She wasn't fazed at all and willingly helped us. She even went above and beyond by sending our scheduled plans immediately to the judge so his trial calendar could be cleared and we could enjoy this once in a life time trip. Deborah's communication was always helpful and clear and she was always making sure she was scheduling things that fit our personalities. We were not familiar with Rome and where to stay and she got us the perfect hotel in Rome, close to destination highlights. She scheduled wonderful sightseeing trips that we loved. We had never been on a cruise before and she helped us select Celebrity, which was amazing. She also picked our cabin because I wasn't sure what was best, and the level and location was ideal for us. We loved all of it. She surprised us with a gift when we got to our cabin on our first night, which was a nice touch. We had a flawless trip from flights, car transportation, lodging, the cruise and travel back home. I also feel like if something went wrong she would have been easy to contact and she would have taken the problem on and we could be stress free. I can't wait for my next trip and we will definitely be using Deborah Cox!
