First cruise

Lisbon Trip

The best all inclusive trip!!

Thank you to Jeanette for booking and sorting out the details of our first travel to Mexico. She listened to what we were looking for and took our safety into consideration while helping us choose a place to stay. She was very thorough and would share both good and bad reviews of all the resorts we looked at. It took us some time to decide but she was very patient. It was very easy to communicate with her as she was always quick to answer our questions. As she is a new travel agent, there were times when she was not able to answer our questions right away, however, she was excellent in setting expectations and would get back to us in a timely manner. It was a great experience working with Jeanette and will definitely book with her again for our next travel.
