I’m a big traveler and have gone to dozens of countries. I’ve historically planned trips myself and recently had Dawn with Epic Travels plan a trip to Europe for me. It was a lot easier than doing it myself. Now Dawn is always on the lookout for unique trips and good deals. Looking forward to the next one.

Our Italy trip was incredible! The planning process was smooth, with Dawn using our interests and goals along with her personal insight to map out the best trip for us. We went to Dawn asking her help booking a cruise for multiple families, we ended up having 40 people. The cruise line canceled our sailing and she had to scramble to find us another cruise for same time period, ultimately rebooking 40+ people! She didn’t hesitate to answer any and all of our questions, got it done, booked excursions (found us a great beach day in Cozumel), handled issues even after we were onboard! Dawn is an excellent travel agent. She is a wealth of information wherever you are going. Just got back from Boston, had a great time! Recommended tours were excellent, directions on how to get places were greatly appreciated, hotel was very comfortable, would stay there again. Just returned from a fabulous trip to Greece with 8 people! Dawn planned everything and had it all on an app that showed the details for each day, from flights for 8 people coming from different places in the country on different days, to ground transportation, hotels and day tours, along with highlights of each place we visited! It was such a great thing to have, everything right at our fingertips, at all times. The hotels she found for us were excellent and the cruise was great! Every detail was handled so we didn't have anything to worry about at all. I am very detailed and spend time researching myself but Epic Travels is such a great service to have and keep complicated trips organized easily! I highly recommend them!

I came to dawn looking to book a Disney world vacation. And boy did my daughter and I get that. The vacation was everything we could ever dream of. The attention to detail was amazing.
