Pam did an amazing job helping with a cruise. From booking cruise/airport/hotel transfers to arrangements with Airlines and cruise details all went very smoothly! Returning in the middle of a nation's weather disaster with all canceled flights for days she still kept working on getting everyone home!

Complex Cruise Covered!

I had no idea how many fine details went into planning a cruise! If I would have attempted to plan this trip on my own I would have failed miserably! Pam went above and beyond to ensure every transition from the flight, to the ride to the hotel, the hotel itself, then the ride to the port the following morning, navigating through port security, the process for disembarking and reboarding the ship at each stop... I can't even cover it all! Pam responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had along the way. Will definitely ask Pam to help plan our next trip!
