We just returned from an amazing trip to Mexico that was planned by Hannah at Getting Stamped Travel. I found Hannah's name through a Reddit thread, and reached out to her personally through the Getting Stamped website. She was extremely responsive and thorough, and planned a fantastic visit to the Garza Blanca resort for my family. I recently had the pleasure of working with a Hannah from Getting Stamped Travel. I usually make my own travel arrangements, but saw Hannah often worked with the resort I wanted to book. I had never stayed at an all inclusive so it was so nice to be able to speak with Hannah on the phone. This was our first time using a travel agent, and I am so glad we did! Recently got back from a 5 day trip to Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos. The resort was great, but we did have some injuries (could've happened to anyone) and any time I had a panicked question for Hannah, she responded so quickly! It was such a relief knowing I had someone to help take care of any problems that we had. The airport transfers were easy, and it was just great not having to plan the whole trip myself. Just finished up a fantastic trip to Atelier Playa Mujeres with help from Hannah at Getting Stamped Travel. My partner and I have busy lives and wanted a relaxation getaway. We had been to Atelier once before but working with Hannah made it so easy to find the right room, book airport transfers and everything else we needed ahead of time. When our flight was delayed and we missed our connection, Hannah was quick to rearrange our transport without skipping a beat. Amazing, romantic anniversary trip

I usually always plan our vacations myself. After working with Hannah for our last vacation, I never want to plan another one! Believe me, it is not easy to just "trust the process" when you are used to doing this yourself, but you can and should trust Hannah's process. Hannah is a professional. She takes time to talk to you on the phone about your trip and it's so easy to follow up with her throughout the process. She worked with our budget, provided lots of options for our trip that aligned with our priorities (excellent food, no stress, warmth in January!) and we had a marvelous time. She communicated quickly, was responsive to potential changes to our itinerary, and planned everything for us.
We stayed at Atelier in Cancun. It was an incredible resort. Very laid back, excellent restaurants & bars, outstanding customer service, and so relaxing. This resort had people mostly in their 30s and older...which was so nice for us (in our 40s). So not a party atmosphere but plenty of entertainment options that were more our speed....from cooking classes, crafts, cultural awareness and education opportunities, fitness classes, etc. Hannah chose a resort that matched our expectations. She was amazing!
We will absolutely book our next vacation with Hannah.

Cancun Booking

Hannah booked my wife and I on a trip to the Secrets Moxche resort in Playa Mujeres and made the process incredibly seamless for us. There seems to be endless choices for resorts when starting to look on your own, she was fantastic at narrowing down the choices for us. We had a quick call where we went through all our wants, needs, and things we wanted to avoid, and she provided a great list of 5 that fit us well. A couple of the resorts were ones I had hoped to book, but were a bit out of our price range. She found date/flight parings that brought it down way below what I was seeing.
We had lots of questions as the trip approached, most of which were answered by the great guides and trip summary documents she provided. She answered them all really promptly, and also checked in periodically on her own.
Hannah booked our flights, trip insurance, resort, and transit. All of it went incredibly smoothly and I'm so happy with what we picked. Would certainly recommend her to anyone, and will definitely use her again for our next trip

There was lots to do and everyone was friendly and courteous. The restaurants and pools were awesome. It has a big long beach where the sunrise was spectacular! You can book excursions at the resort. Great for kids and adults! We stayed at the family side but there is an adults only side as well. Lots of entertainment and good food! The transfer was right on time and very reliable. Relaxing Vacation

Hannah was the first travel agent we ever worked with and I'm not entirely sure I can go back to planning my own vacations. It was so nice having everything taken care of. It was such a relief to just get off the plane and have transportation right there. The hotel was also great, and while we didn't have any issues, if we would have, Hannah checked in on us during our vacation and would have gotten it taken care of. We had our hearts set on resort, but Hannah also offered us other options that were definitely very tempting. I cant even put into words, the experience that my wife and i had on our honey moon! We spent 14 days in Thailand. Getting stamped travel gave us a truly remarkable vacation that was perfectly balanced between our stays at hotel resorts, beaches, lakes, jungle camps, tourist attractions, and immersive cultural experiences! This was our first time out of the country. The service and communication we received was superb, we will continue to work with them for our future travels! Hannah Saved Our Honeymoon

Hannah from Getting Stamped Travel literally saved our honeymoon! We got married on 11/1/25 and with hurricane Melissa battering Montego Bay we had to quickly pivot. I found Hannah on reddit the week before our honeymoon was scheduled and she quickly replanned everything! She was quick to reply to my questions and she gave us lots of great options and we ended up going to Unico 20 105 in Puerto Vallarta. It was the most beautiful and lovely property I have ever stayed at. The food was amazing and they paid great attention to my gluten free diet needs. My husband and I can’t wait to go back! We appreciate Hannah and Get Stamped Travel for their quick work and we are so thankful they were able to save our honeymoon! I definitely recommend Hannah for all of your travel needs!!

Lifesaving Honeymoon

Hannah was super helpful in booking our Honeymoon! She is super knowledgeable about various resorts and areas, and was able to tell us pros and cons of each resort. I felt I was getting an honest opinion on what upgrades and rates were truly worth paying for. In addition, Hannah went above and beyond for us. We initially booked our Honeymoon to Jamaica and when we noticed that we were supposed to arrive at the same time Hurricane Melissa was going to hit, Hannah reached out to us and helped us to figure out next steps. We gave her a new budget and she was able to rebook us to Mexico with approx 72 hours notice the day before our wedding. She got on a call with us to walk us through our options and did all the booking quickly and efficiently so that we didn’t have anything to worry about on our wedding day. She set up transfers for us, surprised us with a note and treats when we got to the resort and checked in with us to make sure everything went smoothly. She also worked with travel insurance on our Jamaica trip and got that all sorted out so that we didn’t have to worry about anything ourselves! I would recommend Hannah over and over again for any travel plans or needs!!

Hannah Saves the Day

Hannah is an absolute gem and a pleasure to work with. When disaster struck Jamaica with Hurricane Melissa the same day we were supposed to fly in for our honeymoon, Hannah helped us pivot to Cancun at the last minute, getting on calls at midnight to make sure we still had a place to go and that we were all set. This was 36 hours before our wedding, so you can imagine the stress of trying to figure this all out. She relieved so much of that and she was there for us when we needed her, and I think that's very important in a great travel agent. Could not possibly recommend any more highly!

Hannah was my first experience at using a travel agent and she was great! I found her through Reddit after reading her advice to others planning their honeymoon trips. She was quick to contact us and made planning the trip efficiently. She sent many guides on traveling and tipping in Mexico which I thought were very helpful. She also added must do activities, food and drinks to try at the resort. We stayed at Impression Moxche in Playa del Carmen. It was a very smooth process and I would gladly use Getting Stamped Travel again!

Hotel Atelier and a ROOFTOP Suite!

I always thought travel agents were for old people, or people who weren't tech savvy enough to do the research and book a vacation themselves. This was the first time ever using a travel agent and it was the most important thing I did while planning for this vacation. If you are going to book Atelier or anywhere in Cancun, reach out to Hannah- Getting Stamped you wont regret it.
When we arrived we were escorted to check-in. Since we booked the Junior Suite with Hannah- Getting Stamped we were told that there was a possibility to get a swim out room($100 spa credit and free RT transport was already a given). As we listened, we were told that we were getting upgraded to the ROOFTOP SUITE. I tried to remain calm and have a poker face but knowing what this room was, I was beyond ecstatic. I thought that this must have been a mistake.
I know this vacation was 10x better than it could have been because I reached out to Hannah. You would doing yourself a disservice if you don't as well.

Split Stay Honeymoon in St. Lucia

Hannah was an amazing travel agent to work with for our honeymoon. From our first introductory call, she was so helpful in providing guidance and an itinerary for a split-stay between two resorts on an island we had never been to before. Her communication and the itinerary website provided were extremely detailed, helpful and gave us a ton of confidence leading into what can sometimes be a hectic travel day.
If we ever had any additional questions pop-up she was always extremely responsive to a phone call, text or email.
Mother nature and the American Airlines scheduling department had ulterior plans to keep us in St. Lucia a little bit longer than we had anticipated. Almost instantly after the announcement came across that our flight was delayed, Hannah reached out to us to ensure we were all set on accommodations for the night and that the airline was taking care of everything. It was extremely reassuring to know we had a rockstar TA/ fairy godmother looking out for us!
I would absolutely recommend using Getting Stamped Travel for any future trips you had in mind!

Jamaican Honeymoon Trip!!

As a full-time wheelchair user, I have very specific needs in an international destination. I worked with Hannah extensively, and she even visited one of the resorts in question, and took videos of the suite to see that it worked for me.
She used to live in Playa Del Carmen, so she knows the ins and outs of every resort, and can absolutely help you find the right one for you.
We eventually settled on a trip to Atelier Playa Mujeres, and everything was exactly as needed.
Hannah was very transparent about the best prices and costs of various components. In fact, she helped advise about air travel, but it was more affordable to book direct with the airline, so she told me to do that!
She helped coordinate an electronic itinerary, keeping all of my travel documents in the same place.
When next I need a travel agent, I would not hesitate to use Hannah again.

First Family Vacation

Hannah helped me plan a trip to Atelier Playa Mujeres so I could propose to my girlfriend. I found her on Reddit and reached out for help planning this vacation. She immediately took the reins and emailed me many options to choose from for this trip. She found amazing deals for flights and lined up private transportation to and from the Cancun airport. She was incredibly easy to get ahold of when we needed her and quick to respond. The app she uses makes travel a stress-free breeze. There were multiple checklists she provided for what to pack, forms we needed to fill out, and suggestions on what to take advantage of at the resort. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to travel. She took care of everything. When it came time to choose how I wanted to do the proposal, she got in contact with the resort before we arrived and provided me with the options they have. All I had to do was choose and she took care of the rest. This is the first time I have ever used a travel agent, and I will definitely be using Hannah again.
When we arrived to Atelier Playa Mujeres we were completely blown away by the level of luxury every aspect of the resort had.The layout of the resort was amazing, food and drink was even better, and the pool and beach were out of this world. There were no shortages of beach chairs or pool chairs to choose from at any point during our stay. Every staff member we encountered was so polite and eager to help. There were MANY bars and restaurants. We loved the steakhouse. It had an excellent salad bar, and the cuts of meat were better than any other all-inclusive. The beach restaurant was our go-to for seafood lunches. The taco cart in the evening was a treat. The room we stayed in (junior king suite) was top notch. Each morning it was cleaned when we left and a turn-down service was provided at night! There was no shortage of staff on site either. I feel that we got an incredible deal for everything we received on this trip, and we can’t wait to go back.

Couples swept away

Hannah was the best. She helped us find a location without sargassum and was able to book everything for us, without us having to do any legwork. She sent a full itinerary of travel days, down to which direction to turn inside the Jamaican airport to find our shuttle. She also provided excursions, things to do, etc. she checked in on our travel days to ensure we arrived safely, checked in to make sure our room was ok, checked in to make sure we were having fun!
She was very responsive and a pleasure to work with during this time. International travel can be intimidating, so it was nice to have an experienced person to fall back on.

Girls’s Trip

Hannah helped me plan and book a girls’ trip to Mexico. I am a serious over-thinker, and Hannah made it so much easier to narrow down our choices. She made us a customized recommendation list with personalized and specific details about each option, and she even created an additional list without pricing to share with the birthday girl. (We were gifting her the trip and didn’t want to be tacky.)
Thanks to Hannah we had a lovely, fun, and relaxing trip to Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya. The staff was so warm and welcoming, and the service was excellent. My biggest complaint is that we had to come home!
I’ve used TAs in the past, but I’ve never had one who made me feel as informed, prepared, and taken care of as Hannah. (If you know me, being informed and prepared is HUGE for me.) She thought of everything and made sure we had everything we needed. I’m already working with her again on an anniversary trip for the me and the hubs.

Amazing Trip to Sandals La Toc - St. Lucia

Hannah helped us plan the perfect honeymoon to Sandals La Toc in St. Lucia! From the beginning, Hannah was responsive via text/email/phone calls and ensured that we were organized and on top of our plannings and bookings. We felt like she took the time to hear from us what we were looking for in our vacation and helped that come to life.
Hannah assisted us in booking the candle lit dinner at the resort, as well as the Pitons Sunset Snorkel Cruise. Both were amazing!
Our flights changed a few times prior to our trip, and Hannah was on top of the changes and helped us get rebooked on similar flights. We didn't have travel delays or issues day of, but Hannah made sure to check-in with us during our travels to ensure everything was going according to plan.

She suggested 3-4 different places for us to stay and we selected "The Fives Beach Hotel & Residences" in Playa Del Carmen. Hannah is by far the best travel agent I’ve ever worked with — and I’ve tried a few. She planned my wife and my joint 40th birthday trip to Excellence Riviera Cancun, and it ended up being one of the most unforgettable events of our lives.
I interviewed several agents before choosing Hannah, and I’m so glad I did. Her deep knowledge of resorts, excursions, transportation, and all the little things most people overlook made a huge difference. But what really set her apart was how she flawlessly coordinated a group of nearly 50 guests flying in from all over the world.
She managed every booking, change, cancellation, and special request with grace and total professionalism. The excursion she planned was a highlight and is still being talked about weeks later. St Lucia - Honeymoon

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Hannah to plan our honeymoon, and I can confidently say she went above and beyond in every possible way. From the very beginning, Hannah was incredibly organized and responsive. She provided us with a curated list of resort options across several countries based on what we were looking for. Thanks to her guidance, we chose Sandals La Toc in St. Lucia – a stunning resort (even if the weather was unusually rainy for the dry season, which even surprised the staff!).
What really set Hannah apart was her level of support when things didn’t go according to plan. Our American Airlines flight was unexpectedly diverted to Grenada, causing us to miss the first night of our stay. We were stuck with poor internet and no cell service, but Hannah immediately stepped in to help. She coordinated everything for our travel insurance claim and even arranged a private SUV transfer from the airport to the resort once we finally got to St. Lucia.

After trip update 04/16/25:
Hannah made sure that all of our needs were met on our honeymoon. Throughout the process she sent us emails regarding any changes in flight plans (there were a couple of small time changes to the airline schedules.) She also arranged that there was a wheel chair available at each airport for each leg of our journey. On top of that she arranged that we got a great view of the ocean, beach and pool which made for a even better experience.

Hannah got us a great deal at the Riu Palace las Americas in Cancun and was so helpful in answering my questions on everything from immigration to tips in all-inclusive hotels!
I wouldn't hesitate to use her again when planning a trip. She answered my emails super quickly- and secured all of our trip details super fast after we settled on where/when to go. She even arranged our transport from the Cancun airport to our hotel in a private van, which was so wonderful after being on an airplane all night to have a quiet, private air-conditioned drive to our hotel!
Even though we were traveling at "peak" spring break season, she secured us a great deal and we had an amazing time!
