I recently had the pleasure of working with a Hannah from Getting Stamped Travel. I usually make my own travel arrangements, but saw Hannah often worked with the resort I wanted to book. I had never stayed at an all inclusive so it was so nice to be able to speak with Hannah on the phone. She answered all my questions and helped reassure me that I had picked the resort that would fit all my needs. I also needed specific travel insurance and she was able to arrange that. She is very knowledgeable about the Cancun area and truly exceeded my expectations. This was our first time using a travel agent, and I am so glad we did! Recently got back from a 5 day trip to Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos. The resort was great, but we did have some injuries (could've happened to anyone) and any time I had a panicked question for Hannah, she responded so quickly! It was such a relief knowing I had someone to help take care of any problems that we had. The airport transfers were easy, and it was just great not having to plan the whole trip myself. She checked on us throughout the trip, and everything (other than the injuries) went totally smoothly! Will absolutely be using her again for our next trip.

I found Hannah on Reddit. Her experience with Mexico all-inclusives and the Cancun area specifically was a plus. She listened to what we needed and helped to narrow down the best location and resort for family ranging from 70 to an infant. She answered all of my many questions quickly and gave great recommendations for side trips, especially scuba and snorkeling. The recommendations regarding the resort and side trips came from her personal experience which were a tremendous help. She was also available if we had questions while at the resort.

Just finished up a fantastic trip to Atelier Playa Mujeres with help from Hannah at Getting Stamped Travel. My partner and I have busy lives and wanted a relaxation getaway. She utilized a 3rd party travel service to perform the bookings, GoWay Travel with which we were thoroughly impressed. We booked most activities prior to the trip, and booked every aspect of transportation as well on a private level so we weren't with other tourists. I enjoyed that type of travelling, never having experienced it before. She checked in with us throughout the trip to make sure all was going as planned.

I usually always plan our vacations myself. After working with Hannah for our last vacation, I never want to plan another one! Believe me, it is not easy to just "trust the process" when you are used to doing this yourself, but you can and should trust Hannah's process. Hannah is a professional. She takes time to talk to you on the phone about your trip and it's so easy to follow up with her throughout the process. She worked with our budget, provided lots of options for our trip that aligned with our priorities (excellent food, no stress, warmth in January!) and we had a marvelous time. She communicated quickly, was responsive to potential changes to our itinerary, and planned everything for us. We stayed at Atelier in Cancun. It was an incredible resort. Very laid back, excellent restaurants & bars, outstanding customer service, and so relaxing. This resort had people mostly in their 30s and older...which was so nice for us (in our 40s). So not a party atmosphere but plenty of entertainment options that were more our speed....from cooking classes, crafts, cultural awareness and education opportunities, fitness classes, etc. Hannah chose a resort that matched our expectations. She was amazing! We will absolutely book our next vacation with Hannah.

Hannah booked my wife and I on a trip to the Secrets Moxche resort in Playa Mujeres and made the process incredibly seamless for us. There seems to be endless choices for resorts when starting to look on your own, she was fantastic at narrowing down the choices for us. We had a quick call where we went through all our wants, needs, and things we wanted to avoid, and she provided a great list of 5 that fit us well. A couple of the resorts were ones I had hoped to book, but were a bit out of our price range. She found date/flight parings that brought it down way below what I was seeing. We had lots of questions as the trip approached, most of which were answered by the great guides and trip summary documents she provided. She answered them all really promptly, and also checked in periodically on her own. Hannah booked our flights, trip insurance, resort, and transit. All of it went incredibly smoothly and I'm so happy with what we picked. Would certainly recommend her to anyone, and will definitely use her again for our next trip

We had a wonderful winter break at Paradisus La Perla, celebrating our daughter’s 26th birthday. The resort was beautiful, relaxing, and well-organized, making it a perfect place to unwind and celebrate a special occasion. A highlight of our stay was the visiting Kujan Collective DJ group, whose music created a fun, lively atmosphere and truly elevated the experience. Great vibes, great memories, and a trip we’ll definitely remember.

I used Hanah at Getting Stamped Travel and I am so glad I did!! She booked the room and arranged transport to and from the airport. We stayed at Paradisus Resort, in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. There was lots to do and everyone was friendly and courteous. The restaurants and pools were awesome. It has a big long beach where the sunrise was spectacular! You can book excursions at the resort. Great for kids and adults! We stayed at the family side but there is an adults only side as well. Lots of entertainment and good food! The transfer was right on time and very reliable. I would definately use Hannah again. I went with my son and both of us didn't want to leave. LOVE MEXICO! Lori

Hannah was the first travel agent we ever worked with and I'm not entirely sure I can go back to planning my own vacations. It was so nice having everything taken care of. It was such a relief to just get off the plane and have transportation right there. The hotel was also great, and while we didn't have any issues, if we would have, Hannah checked in on us during our vacation and would have gotten it taken care of. We had our hearts set on resort, but Hannah also offered us other options that were definitely very tempting. I've already been thinking about taking another vacation with one of the resorts she recommended, simply because it sounded so nice.

I cant even put into words, the experience that my wife and i had on our honey moon! We spent 14 days in Thailand. Hannah from Getting Stamped Travel literally saved our honeymoon! We got married on 11/1/25 and with hurricane Melissa battering Montego Bay we had to quickly pivot. I found Hannah on reddit the week before our honeymoon was scheduled and she quickly replanned everything! Hannah was super helpful in booking our Honeymoon! She is super knowledgeable about various resorts and areas, and was able to tell us pros and cons of each resort. I felt I was getting an honest opinion on what upgrades and rates were truly worth paying for. In addition, Hannah went above and beyond for us. We initially booked our Honeymoon to Jamaica and when we noticed that we were supposed to arrive at the same time Hurricane Melissa was going to hit, Hannah reached out to us and helped us to figure out next steps. We gave her a new budget and she was able to rebook us to Mexico with approx 72 hours notice the day before our wedding. She got on a call with us to walk us through our options and did all the booking quickly and efficiently so that we didn’t have anything to worry about on our wedding day. She set up transfers for us, surprised us with a note and treats when we got to the resort and checked in with us to make sure everything went smoothly. She also worked with travel insurance on our Jamaica trip and got that all sorted out so that we didn’t have to worry about anything ourselves! I would recommend Hannah over and over again for any travel plans or needs!!

Hannah is an absolute gem and a pleasure to work with. When disaster struck Jamaica with Hurricane Melissa the same day we were supposed to fly in for our honeymoon, Hannah helped us pivot to Cancun at the last minute, getting on calls at midnight to make sure we still had a place to go and that we were all set. This was 36 hours before our wedding, so you can imagine the stress of trying to figure this all out. She relieved so much of that and she was there for us when we needed her, and I think that's very important in a great travel agent. Could not possibly recommend any more highly!

I always thought travel agents were for old people, or people who weren't tech savvy enough to do the research and book a vacation themselves. This was the first time ever using a travel agent and it was the most important thing I did while planning for this vacation. If you are going to book Atelier or anywhere in Cancun, reach out to Hannah- Getting Stamped you wont regret it. When we arrived we were escorted to check-in. Since we booked the Junior Suite with Hannah- Getting Stamped we were told that there was a possibility to get a swim out room($100 spa credit and free RT transport was already a given). As we listened, we were told that we were getting upgraded to the ROOFTOP SUITE. I tried to remain calm and have a poker face but knowing what this room was, I was beyond ecstatic. I thought that this must have been a mistake. I know this vacation was 10x better than it could have been because I reached out to Hannah. You would doing yourself a disservice if you don't as well.

From our first introductory call, she was so helpful in providing guidance and an itinerary for a split-stay between two resorts on an island we had never been to before. Her communication and the itinerary website provided were extremely detailed, helpful and gave us a ton of confidence leading into what can sometimes be a hectic travel day. If we ever had any additional questions pop-up she was always extremely responsive to a phone call, text or email. Mother nature and the American Airlines scheduling department had ulterior plans to keep us in St. Lucia a little bit longer than we had anticipated. Almost instantly after the announcement came across that our flight was delayed, Hannah reached out to us to ensure we were all set on accommodations for the night and that the airline was taking care of everything. As a full-time wheelchair user, I have very specific needs in an international destination. I worked with Hannah extensively, and she even visited one of the resorts in question, and took videos of the suite to see that it worked for me. She used to live in Playa Del Carmen, so she knows the ins and outs of every resort, and can absolutely help you find the right one for you. We eventually settled on a trip to Atelier Playa Mujeres, and everything was exactly as needed. Hannah was very transparent about the best prices and costs of various components. In fact, she helped advise about air travel, but it was more affordable to book direct with the airline, so she told me to do that! She helped coordinate an electronic itinerary, keeping all of my travel documents in the same place. When next I need a travel agent, I would not hesitate to use Hannah again.

When we arrived to Atelier Playa Mujeres we were completely blown away by the level of luxury every aspect of the resort had.The layout of the resort was amazing, food and drink was even better, and the pool and beach were out of this world. There were no shortages of beach chairs or pool chairs to choose from at any point during our stay. Every staff member we encountered was so polite and eager to help. There were MANY bars and restaurants. We loved the steakhouse. It had an excellent salad bar, and the cuts of meat were better than any other all-inclusive. The beach restaurant was our go-to for seafood lunches. The taco cart in the evening was a treat. The room we stayed in (junior king suite) was top notch. Each morning it was cleaned when we left and a turn-down service was provided at night! There was no shortage of staff on site either. I feel that we got an incredible deal for everything we received on this trip, and we can’t wait to go back.

She sent a full itinerary of travel days, down to which direction to turn inside the Jamaican airport to find our shuttle. Hannah helped me plan and book a girls’ trip to Mexico. I am a serious over-thinker, and Hannah made it so much easier to narrow down our choices. After trip update 04/16/25: Hannah made sure that all of our needs were met on our honeymoon. Throughout the process she sent us emails regarding any changes in flight plans (there were a couple of small time changes to the airline schedules.) She also arranged that there was a wheel chair available at each airport for each leg of our journey. On top of that she arranged that we got a great view of the ocean, beach and pool which made for a even better experience.
