My husband and I went to Orlando, Jan 2026 to have a honeymoon/birthday trip at Universal Studios. I spent weeks trying to make the tickets work for Studios, Islands of Adventure, and Epic without it being out of budget due to consumer option restraints. During my research I see people discussing travel agents, and since it was no additional cost, I contact Hannah and give her the details of the trip. We wanted to stay at Cabana Bay for 8 nights, and go to park-to-park for 6 days (With Epic included). For regular customers, Epic tickets were completely seperate and very expensive. It would've locked us into going to Epic only on certain days, and made our trip quite costly. Luckily, Hannah was able to offer us tickets that weren't available on the customer facing website, as well as bundle our hotel and tickets for a discount. She even gave me to itinerary adjustment for if five people were included instead of the original two when I was considering bringing family. In just a couple of emails, we were completely booked for 8 nights at Cabana Bay, with a 14-Day Flex Ticket with Epic included. My husband and I spent every day of our trip ending the night at Epic, which wouldn't have been possible without those tickets. All for only $1900. She always got back to me in 24hrs or less, and was incredibly professional and thorough. Hannah is going to be my husband and I's go-to first step for any future trips to Orlando.

She thought of everything: tickets, timing, tips, reminders, and all the little details we didn’t even know we needed. It felt like having our own personal theme park concierge. We were a party of 16, traveling from multiple cities and with varying needs, looking to plan a resort holiday. Hannah provided terrific recommendations and guidance on where we should stay and what we should consider. Once the resort was agreed upon, she seemlessly arranged for our stay, flights and shuttle transfers. We had many questions along the way and Hannah answered each one promptly and with clarity. She has clear reasons for the decisions she makes and the way she works, and her approach is very logical and well considered. We needed to make multiple changes to flights, departing airports, etc along the way and Hannah took each request in stride, quickly accommodating us without any push back. It was super easy to work with Hannah. She was extremely responsive and always had a positive attitude (regardless of how many changes and requests we threw at her!). She is a total star, and I will be recommending her to everyone I know.

Hannah got 16 of us from all over the country to a beautiful Caribbean resort without a hitch. We made multiple change requests along the way which she handled seemingly effortlessly. Somehow we all arrived near the same time to enjoy our first full day together. I have never had a trip go this smoothly nor have I had a travel agent be this attentive. She is the best!
