Shannon is full service! She guided our group of 8 ladies as we selected our destination., As we settled on Greece, Shannon helped us identify travel options and tour packages. She continued to help with navigating through weather problems that caused us to miss excursions. Shannon was instrumental in helping us secure refunds promptly and without hassle. Shannon is personable yet extremely professional. This is our second time using Shannon as our travel agent. Each trip has been fantastic , and I have recommended her to several friends here in Charlotte!

Shannon was exceptional to work with. She helped plan & organize our family trip to D.C. in May of 2018. She gave me many options of hotels to pick from, giving us the pro's and con's of some different locations, according to our plans during our stay. She gave us tips about getting around, helped explain the Metro system to us and even sent us admission cards for the Metro to get us started!! She was wonderful and SO helpful!!
