Our Italian trip of a lifetime!

Leslie was awesome and we put her through a lot. She planned a custom trip to Italy (Venice, Florence, Sorrento, Pompeii, Capri,Amalfi,Positano & Rome) for our family group of 11 and it was spot on! She booked all hotels, tours and transportation and it all went smoothly. We were all very happy with the outcome. She provided a lot of expertise and made key recommendations on hotel locations and tours that made our trip run smoothly. Tropical north Queesland, a dream destination

Christmas with Krampus

Leslie arranged a tour of Italy for my friend and me. Neither of us had ever been to Italy so we needed our hands held quite a bit. She arranged the flights, transfers, the hotels and all of our activities. She even recommended restaurants for us!
The one catch we had was a driver didn't show up on time, but she was able to get it resolved right away and even got us a refund for our inconvenience.

Wow. Simply Wow. Although my wife and I have done a great deal of traveling, we have usually sorted things out for ourselves. Travel agents were rarely part of our planning process. That has absolutely changed! Leslie established an amazing "above and beyond" in planning our Cunard crossing. Her recommendations were spot on, her advice was excellent, and her willingness to work with our somewhat atypical pre- and post- travel arrangements was just right.
She obviously knows her profession, enjoys it and enjoys sharing that knowledge and experience with others. There is no question but what will be returning the next time we plan a trip or holiday!

Seamless travel

I decided that I wanted to visit Krakow following a conference in Berlin. I'm pretty good at making my own arrangements but I was a little daunted with this one. I didn't know where I wanted to be in Krakow and I needed to get from Germany to Poland. Leslie made my travel arrangements and found the world's most charming hotel. Great location, delicious food and most of all very safe. I was traveling on my own so this was extremely important. Leslie made the arrangements and it was seamless and stress free. In these days where travel can be so frustrating, it is great to have someone in your corner with travel arrangments. A great travel agent makes my trips so much better. A consummate professional

Outstandingly helpful over many years with many trips. We've followed Leslie through three different agencies because she is so good. From recommending the best places for us to go off the beaten path in Australia, to getting us the best deals at United States hotels, to poring over deck plans to get us the best staterooms for a cruise, no detail has been too much for her. I especially have appreciated her willingness to spend time looking for inexpensive travel options for our college-age daughter, even though she was not going to earn commissions. During the challenging times of the Covid years, Leslie dealt patiently with month after month of cancelled, rebooked , and cancelled again, cruises and graduation and business trips.
