Carole has been on the forefront of coordinating our last four cruises and is looking after our next three. She has been a big help in finalizing certain details and adjustments to our agendas and purchased options. She is always willing to spend time with us discussing various options related to our future travel plans. In addition, in a couple of instances, after we reviewed details on the final invoice(s), she has been quick to rectify errors/omissions that we believed should be displayed on the invoice to make our trip more relaxing. After booking our last cruise, another couple with whom we associate, asked if they could accompany us on the same offering. They contacted Carole and she was able to arrange a similar package and, because they lived in her area of the city, she personally delivered most of the necessary documents on her way home. Overall we are certainly satisfied with the service provided by and are comfortable doing business with Carole in the future.

PERSONAL ATTENTION ALL THE WAY

We first met Carole at one of the cross-Canada info talks conducted by Scenic, so even before we made our decision, she was there to help us with suggestions, knowledge and experiences of river cruising. In addition to "knowing her stuff", Carole listened to our requirements and helped us through the booking process, which can be complicated if you have done this type of travel before. She also helped with additional bookings at either end of our trip and gave us lots of options to look at. As the arrangements progressed, Carole kept us informed and was always pleased to see us if we dropped in. She also welcomed the tour feed-back and was pleased to hear of our unbridled enthusiasm of our trip experiences!

We recently came back from a two week bus tour around the entire island of Ireland and enjoyed it very much. We were informed prior to the trip what we would have to do to make the trip enjoyable. All of the plane trips, three each way, were exactly as planned, Ottawa to Montreal to London to Dublin and then the reverse. Any future trips will also be made with Carole's help. We have already recommended Carole to other friends wanted to travel. Great person to know.

Carole is very nice and quick to reply to any and all enquiries, I really appreciate that about her.
Having said that, I find I have to review every document she has ever sent me, and I have found many mistakes - everything from incorrect amounts of deposits and totals owing, to flight departure dates (which we wanted to deviate from). As a former auditor it is easy for me to keep track of cruise details which I have had to send to Carole on occasion to correct her calculations.
Carole recommended hotels for our next cruise, which my daughter says we will hate because we are not city-centre.

It was so nice to have Carole book this trip for us, It was the biggest trip we had ever taken and it was reassuring to have someone knowledgeable make the arrangements for us. She covered all of the bases and even gave us tips to help us prepare for our trip. This way I did not feel responsible for missing any details, especially since we had never gone on a cruise before.

Our Alaska Cruise and Overland trip to Denali was our first experience with cruises. Carole helped us make sense out of the many options and choices available to us and narrow them down. She was knowledgable and patient with our many questions. She made the planning process easy, fun and worry-free with lots of laughter. We have had the pleasure of using Carole's services several times, both for cruises, and "land" vacations. She has with out a doubt been helpful, and well organized, and been able to make excellent suggestions for the trip, and travel - often finding flights we never would have been able to locate/use looking on our own.
Recently we have a larger group travelling to a mutual vacation - some in Europe, some in different Canadian cities - and she was able to accommodate, and make the travel arrangements for everyone.

First Cruising Experience

This was our first experience cruising and came into it with many questions. Carole was amazing and patient with us and answered all our questions in detail and put us at ease. We found Carole to be knowledgeable, detailed and so very friendly! Carole recommended Aqua class on the Celebrity Silhouette and it was absolutely amazing. I would recommend Carole in a heart beat!

Planning Of our Trip Became a pleasure working with Carole!

Back in March, we required Carole's assistance in the planning and booking of our cruise to the Caribbean Islands. The idea was to provide my in-law's perhaps with their last opportunity to enjoy a two week cruise, (my father in-law is 97 and my mother in-law 90). Carole was instrumental on insuring that passports were issued for my in-law's before departure date and all special arrangements during the cruise that went without a problem.
Very successful trip from departure to arrival back to Montreal.

We worked with Carole to book a cruise for our family 2 forty year olds, 2 young teenagers, 1 grandmother (70's and a brother in law (late 30's). Carole helped find a right cruise to fit all of our interests, all of our needs, our hard to book timings, and align flights and transportation too and from the ship. She is very experienced with all cruise lines, ports, and atmosphere aboard the ships she recommends. This was our first cruise with her and we'll be sure to have her recommend another next year.
