Since this is my first trip overseas I needed help navigating the process of booking the cruise and excursions, hotel accommodations and travel arrangements. Throughout the planning process Kathleen has been extremely helpful by carefully explaining the details of the arrangements, decisions that needed to be made and deadlines.
