From the Amtrak train to the Huston bus to a hotel near by, all arrangements made with my preferences in mind and with a less financial strain on the pocket. Our experience with Marcus started with a simple online search. I wanted to see if using an agent would hep in our honeymoon planning. Marcus had a specialty in the area we wanted to go so I reached out. Even while on a trip himself, he was quick to get back to me and start giving me ideas for properties that would fit our needs. Once we settled on Secrets Cancun he handled everything. Flights, accommodations, transportation, insurance, everything! He would let us know about any changes as they happened, gave us tips on making the most of our time at the resort, and made sure we were good to go with traveling outside the US. Once we made it to Mexico, he even assisted us in extending our stay an extra day. He was able to give us peace of mind while traveling which is something no-one should take for granted!
