I found Heather on Facebook, I believe. After discussing with her the things we wanted to do on our trip, she provided us with an excellent itinerary. We went to Italy & Germany for a week, then a glorious 10-day Mediterranean cruise, ending with a couple of days in Lisbon. She helped us with a last minute change happily and quickly. She booked all hotels, trains, car transfers, and the cruise. Everything went perfectly and we had a fabulous time.

She took care of EVERYTHING! And she took care of issues (my goof-ups) PRONTO. Even got us a cheaper price than we expected.
