Thank you for helping us book the trip of a lifetime! Aside from some train delays, which we worked through, everything went smoothly! The tours were absolutely phenomenal and we won’t visit another major site without booking a fast-pass tour. The hotels were extremely clean and perfect for us and close to sites, and most importantly we felt safe. So happy we packed light with all of the trains, planes, stairs, cobblestone streets. We walked SO many miles, so that was good to make up for all the pizza and pasta and wine. Happy to provide any additional feedback for people if they are looking for input.

Therese helped us set up our family vacation to Portugal to visit Lisbon and Lagos. We had a great time with our guide Vincente who Therese also recommended. It was such a peaceful and relaxing vacation with the right mix of beautiful beaches, European cafes/restaurants and great accommodations.

We have been using Therese to help us plan our trips for several years and our most recent trip to the Canadian Rockies did not disappoint. I had approached Therese with the idea of flying to Canada and renting a car to explore the Canadian Rockies and told her the cities we’d like to visit. She asked if we had ever considered a planned bus tour with Globus that included all the places we had on our wish list. I had told we had never considered a tour like that but would look into the information she had sent us. It was absolutely the best suggestion for our needs. We had a very knowledgeable tour guide and every day was planned out with ample free time to do things on our own and optional excursions in most of the cities. Therese was always quick to respond with any questions I had about recommendations for excursions, tipping, insurance, and travel requirements. I always feel so well taken care of when Therese is planning our trips. She is very professional and has great knowledge of vacation planning and management. We will always use her for our vacation needs.

We had a wonderful trip! Everything went so very smoothly— it was incredible! A few positive take aways were the direct flights to Europe — I’ll always opt for that from now on; and. The BeigE et BIE hotel in Rome — incredible location and great service; skip the line tours saved us hours waiting in line. Again to have no hiccups during a 3 week trip is a credit to your great planning and service.
