She took care of everything – from helping us choose the perfect hotels, to offering personalized advice and planning tips that made all the difference. Traveling with my mom and sister was so special, and JJ made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Every recommendation was thoughtful, every detail handled with care, and she was always quick to respond, even during the trip. We felt completely looked after and able to enjoy our time together. JJ gave us great service. Lots of ideas of things to see on our trip. Made sure we got the room type that we requested and ensured that the 3rd person in our party got everything that the guests 1 & 2 got. Checked with us while we were in London and Southampton to ensure everything was going as planned. Made sure we had her contact while we were on the cruise if we needed to contact her.
