In the morning you will be leaving to Averio. Visit the spectacular Paiva Walkways which are perfect for nature lovers. After exploring the walkways, you will visit Averio on foot. Later you will enjoy a scenic boat ride along the canals and also visit the Coast Nova fishing village.
Option 2: Full day trip Best of Braga and Guimaraes
Early in the morning, you will depart Porto to visit the first cathedral of Portugal, The Cathedral of Braga. Enjoy some free time in Braga for lunch. In the afternoon the Guimaraes Castle will be visited. It presence evokes the exciting mixture of legend, poetry, and heroism. Later visit the historical centre in the area that was within the Guimaraes city walls.
