This was my second time using Prodigar Travel after a stellar/smooth vacation to Ireland a couple years ago. Again, Frank Hawley (consultant) has went above and beyond and completely redefined what I believe a vacation should be. Consistent support and assistance (despite the time difference) amazing suggestions for an itinerary and without his help, I truly believe the experience would not have been as care-free and relaxing as it was. I was unsure at first, I never been to SEA area and now I cannot wait to return! Thank you again Frank for all that you've done! Really brought a second life to these old bones.

Amazing travel experience!

If there were 10 stars, it wouldn't be enough to express how GREAT the service we received was from Frank. We were beyond amazed at how much quality service we received. From the beginning all the way till we got back home, Frank was very detailed, followed-up daily during the trip, gave us an application on our phone with our itinerary sent to each family members email, every day re-emailed our tour tickets so I didn't have to search for them, and checked in with us daily for any hiccups while on our trip.
Before, during & after, anytime I emailed him, or texted or called, his response was very quick, at times, not even 5 minutes and he responded.
I am beyond impressed with his service. I will definitely use his business again and sharing his contact info on my social media.

Adventures in Europe

Where to begin, Every single aspect of this trip was beyond amazing. From all of the flights, hotels, train tickets already being booked to the actual hotel stays that were planned for me more than exceeded my expectations for my month long adventure across Europe. If you're looking for an absolute stress free way to have your vacation planned than Mr. Hawley is the man for you. This is my first trip that was booked with him but it definitely will not be the last.

From the moment we first thought about this trip, Frank was on top of it. He had a great many suggestions for locations, accommodations, and activities which would suit our needs. I had the pleasure of having Frank book my trip to Thailand this past year, and I cant recommend him and his travel agency enough! From beginning till end, Frank made the process engaging, and fun; it was like planning a trip with an old friend.
What sets Frank apart from the competition is that he truly listens to his clients as if they’re his friends. He’s able to tailor your trip expectations without providing you with a “one size fits all approach” which is all too common in the travel industry. Frank is also a well traveled, cultured individual who appreciates the little details in life; important qualities in someone you'd want booking your trip! Best Europe trip.

Frank was super easy to speak with. The whole planning part was easy. He was asking where I wanted to go and exactly what I wanted out of my trip. He set up everything with excursions, trains, and my flights. We went from Dallas Texas, to Paris France, then took a train to Bruges Belgium, then flew to Prague Czech. He kept me in the loop with everything. He was so genuine and he was just as excited as I was. When there was delays with my flights he was contacting me helping me get them switched. My trip would not have happened without him. He helped make my vacation amazing. If you want someone who will help you make your vacation memorable and easy to plan Frank is your guy. Amazing Vacation

He found many great hotels across the country for me and ensured everything ran smoothly, from accommodations and train tickets to activities in the Swiss Alps. I never booked a travel agent before and was looking for one during my employment in the middle east for a much needed vacation. I came across Frank Hawley of Prodigar travel and wow. Just freaking wow. He took the time to address all my concerns, drafted an entire itinerary based on my wants and needs and not only that, provided me a link to an app to keep everything organized in one place so i wouldnt stress about missing a potential activity he planned. I ended up taking my best friend to Ireland and Frank was on standby 24/7 whenever I had a question and he was always professional, kind and considerate. I cannot see myself taking another vacation to another country without his guidance and completely changed my views on how a vacation should be. Will definitely use his services again.
