He was very friendly and professional. Provided us with all information and we asked for, after showing us what He had set up for us he showed us other options there was and what the prices would be. Everything went as planned but had a little tiny hiccup at the park but they were able to find our tickets so we were still very pleased with everything he had set up for us.

Amazing family memories created

Alan was very helpful in answering all of our questions and providing us all of the information we needed to know what to expect on our first family trip. He helped us find testing places for my daughter out of state when we were struggling and worried about getting her Covid test in time. We contacted him late at night and last minute on our trip about a question and he answered and assisted us with complete professionalism despite our timing. He was great to work with and we had an amazing trip!

Alan recently booked our family vacation to Disney's Aulani resort on Oahu. I had called the resort directly and gotten all the information to book our trip, but my husband wanted to call a travel agent. I humored him thinking nobody does that anymore. Boy, was I wrong! Alan saved us a significant amount of money and made the whole process so much smoother and easier. We just returned from that trip (after booking it with Alan, not directly) and have already contacted him about booking our Disney cruise for next spring break. Call him! You won't regret it!

Magical Trip to Mexico

Alan was amazing! We were working with a large group and he was available to answer our questions and get us the info we needed quickly and efficiently. We had to make a few changes and it was so easy. The all-inclusive resort he booked was gorgeous, everything was super clean, right on the ocean and the food was excellent! We will would recommend him to anyone wanting to travel especially during Covid 19 as he helped us navigate all the changes in travel requirements, etc.
