Deanna was very helpful with helping us plan our first trip to Mexico. She answered any questions we had quickly and recommended a great resport.

Deanna was great to work with. Told her what we wanted and somewhere on a beach and price range. She sent back an email with about 3 suggestions and we checked them out online and picked Cancun. Live Aqua was the best all inclusive. Beautiful very nice and beach and ocean were a gorgeous teal. Will definitely return.

Deanna was a pleasure to work with as she was attentive to our needs and responsive to our many questions. With this being a very important and meaningful vacation (our honeymoon), we had a tough time making a decision as to where to go, as everywhere seemed to be 5 star! . Deanna was extremely knowledgeable about the resorts and locations, which made our decision to choose the Hard Rock in Riviera Maya easy. I'm sure I was a more difficult customer seeing as I had many questions, but Deanna never showed any frustration and was always eager to help. If you're looking for insight and pro-activeness regarding travel, do not hesitate to reach Deanna!

I cannot say enough great things about working with Deanna. She was so helpful with everything, especially with us living out of state. She took the time to answer any and all questions that I had (and there were a lot!). She also took the time to meet with my mom and I to discuss possible locations for my honeymoon (my fiancé was working and couldn't make the meeting). She made sure to follow up multiple times and assist in any way possible. I cannot recommend Deanna enough! Working with her and the entire staff at LaMacchia was amazing!

One thing we commented on while at the resort was the value that Deanna was able to provide us in helping us secure a resort based on what we wanted to accomplish during our trip. It was obvious that that was not the case for a few others at the resort. Our goal was to do nothing while on this vacation... it was meant to be a quiet, restful trip of nothingness - The Excellence is a great resort for that. Unfortunately, not everyone got that same message.

Although the staff at The Excellence was nothing short of fantastic, the food was decent (not spectacular), the grounds were well maintained, etc. I would not return to this resort. The floor above us sounded like they were having an all-night party with Irish Dancers with the amount of hammering that took place to the wee-hours of the morning. The WiFi was awful which was EXTREMELY frustrating.

This wasn't the best experience we have had traveling. It was my family's first time using a travel agent and we were not trilled with the experience. My expectation was that with an agent much of the work of planning a trip and traveling would be done for us. That proved to not be the case. To start I asked for a detailed itinerary of the excursions we would be taking and all of the necessary steps we needed to take to prepare. What I got a a series of tickets and a paragraph of instructions that detailed a week and a half long trip. It wasn't organized by day or time and it required us to call most of the locations to get details that were either left out of the email or told to us months before. We also got incorrect detail on things like phone numbers for hotels we were staying. At one location we only had one room reserved even though we paid for two. It wasn't the kind of service I expected given that we were paying so much more to have an agent.

Deanna has always done an amazing job with all of our travels. This is one of many she has set up for us and they have been nothing but a smooth process all the way through. This was our first time to Aruba and we stayed at Aberostar Aruba Joia. Very new resort that is in a great location! (still under minor finishing touch construction). Staff were great, and the couple meals we did have at Joia were also very good. We love food so we went to multiple places on the island to try! Room was very modern. People on the island are very nice and it felt very safe. Best way to get around is by taxi or scooters/bikes. We tried the public bus but you do a lot of waiting around (they are on island time!). This trip and location was very relaxing, which is what we wanted! All our expectations were met! I would say the only issue we had was leaving. Aruba airport situation isn’t the best. It took all of 3 hours to get to our gate and half of that time you are standing outside sweating. As long as

My wife and I had the most memorable trip thanks to Deanna. We chose Unico in Mexico as our resort and we're blown away. Then we hopped over to Florida and we left it up to Deanna for our resort and rental and she did not disappoint. Mexico was relaxing and Deanna made Florida fun! We miss the convertible mustang.

All was good! One minor issue with a difference between the initial reservation paid against showed a first floor room, however the confirmation a week before the trip showed a upper floor room. It became a quite lengthy discussion with the resort to get our first floor room we paid for. It all worked out in the end!!

Deanna was professional, insightful, and thoughtful throughout the entire vacation booking process. Our group was looking for a relaxing island retreat and that is indeed what we got! Her knowledge of the resort and restaurants was beneficial as she provided recommendations of where to eat and what to experience. Overall, a pleasant experience from the initial phone call to when the plane touched down.

Deanna helped my family, and I plan our trip to Disney World. She got us the best deals! We stayed at the All-Star Music Resort on Disney grounds, and the rooms were clean! We were treated like stars, and love every minute of it. We had free transportation to all of the parks. We were advised to buy the meal plan for each person in our party, and that was the best thing we could have done. We ended up with so much food and snacks! With the meal plan, we were able to have themed meals. The Ohana luau was fantastic, make sure you go hungry! The resort was amazing and huge, both pools are accessible, and the lifeguards were so family friendly! One perk of staying at the resorts is that you don't have to hall all of your new treasures around with you. We were able to buy things and have them shipped to our room for free. That was a big help. If you're going to Disney, Deanna is the person to go to :) It was seriously y a trip to remember. -Brittaney ??

We had an ever changing flight with United and each time there was a problem, no fault of Deanna, but she resolved it quickly. She's friendly, upbeat, and very knowledge with Disney.
