Patti was such a big help finding us hotels for our overnight stays on our road trip this summer. We had such a great trip for Penny's first time at Disney! Patti provided great recommendations and did a great job at explaining the intricacies of the new lightning lane. Patti helped compare prices at the different resorts as well as off property hotels. She helped make sure we got all our dining and extra magic reservations booked so we didn't need to worry about anything. She even made sure to check with the resorts to make sure they had a crib and fridge in our room so we didn't have to worry about anything. She kept us up to date on flight delays for the people we were traveling with, and made sure we didn't have any issues traveling to or from our vacation.
