Jeanie McConnell has worked with Cruise Holidays of Kansas City since 1997 in planning cruise travel for clients with an emphasis in accessible cruise travel. She and her good friend, Karen Rugg, began Snail's Pace Special Travel Services after Karen became wheelchair-bound from Multiple Sclerosis. From their travels they realized the advantage to have agents who were familiar with the requests of travelers with special needs.
With the help of Cruise Holidays of Kansas City, Jeanie is able to plan cruise travel for her clients who have special needs. It takes additional time and planning, but she enjoys helping people discover the benefits of accessible cruise travel as she and Karen did.

My wife and I registered for our first Princess Cruise with Jeanie last January. She was recommended by our friends who have used her services in the past. From the start of the booking process, until the "Welcome Home" email, we couldn't say enough about the professional response that we received from all of our requests over the past year. We were so thrilled with the cruise, that we put down our deposits for an upcoming adventure sometime in the next 14 months. Thanks again Jeanie, you are the BEST!!
