Kim is phenomenal! We booked a trip last year-then COVID. Kim was able to help us reschedule our trip for this year. We were nervous our resort would not open by our vacation, and she then found several different options. Kim goes above and beyond expectations.
Kim also helped us book airline tickets for our daughter who will be studying abroad this fall. (And by helped-I mean she did it for us). Best decision we made, because UK tightened borders but we didn't have to worry because she fixed it for us!

If I could give this lady a 10 I would.  I was so tired of all the changes on our cruises (canceling 3 times!) before finding Kim (I have always been the "travel agent" in our family - planning 8 cruises myself!  All I did was look on Google & looked for a travel agent with the best reviews & came across Kim with exceptional reviews.  She has been awesome & extremely patient with helping me navigate the unprecedented issues of COVID.  She's quick to get back to me; answers every single question I had (sometimes twice!)  She is more than professional and more than knowledgeable. Kim, Katie, You both did a wonderful job with all the effort you both put into our vacation to Cancun The resort was everything said it would be it met all our expectations. Pros- Accommodations were plush, food was fabulous, bars and club were spot on, butler service was very helpful, airport limo service great- so everything was best we have ever had. Only a couple of cons- the resort is roughly an hour from the AP ( witch is no big deal) its just a long distance from Cancun and other off site things to do. The preferred club was ok but they didn't check to see if you were a club member just seemed like a lot of folks were in the private club areas. I will always call upon you two on our next outing. Kim was excellent in easing the stress of planning our honeymoon to the Caribbean during a very busy season in our lives. She was extremely responsive, detailed, and polite. This was our first time working with a travel agent and it made us never want to plan a trip ourselves again! The resort was incredible and all the arrangements were well organized by Kim. We are so thankful we decided to book with her!

We enjoyed our honeymoon/anniversary (COVID messed up our honeymoon trip) in some of the most beautfiul water! The staff was extremely polite and it was as if they were just as happy to see us as we were them. Kim did a great job helping us find the best transportation, airline, and resort.

Kim was/is professional, caring, thoughtful, interested in tailoring your trip in a way that best supports your goal (if you are looking for a great swimming beach, she provides a recommendation that reflects that). She was courteous, timely and willing to work past a typical closing time of 5 pm to support our booking/travel arrangement needs. The couples sky massage was unlike any I have ever had. The beauty and peacefulness will always be remembered. We moved to the Palafitos for the last few days of our stay. Kim was correct in her description of them. I have never felt so relaxed, pampered and overwhelmed of the beauty of a resort. Our personal butlers Alma and Ricardo were more than fantastic.
Upon our departure we were shocked to see a stretch Lincoln Navigator as our transportation waiting for us. Can't wait until we return again.

Kim was extremely knowledgable about setting up our trip to Eurpoe and the Christmas Markets. She is very friendly easilty accessible and a pleasure to work with. The hotels she picked were amazing. They were in the perfect location for what we were wanting at a very resonable price. The side trips were amazing and she made the transfers/transportation so easy. The transfers from airport to hotels and train travel went on without a hitch. Everything was explained so well in the packet we received. The only issue we had was a medical issue on my part. She was extremely helpful in contacting the Travel Insurance company and checking to make sure we were ok. We will definitely use Kim again and would highly recommend her to anyone. We would not have had the same experience had we have tried to plan this on our own. She made our trip worry free. I can't thank her enough.
