We had the most amazing trip to Playa del Carmen, and it wouldn't have been possible without our fantastic travel agent, Tracy! The resort we stayed at was absolutely beautiful. There were a ton of activities at the resort both day and night. At the resort, I got sun poisoning and had to visit the on-site urgent care. I had to pay out of pocket, but thankfully, Tracy encouraged us to buy travel insurance. After letting Tracy know of my urgent care experience, she handled everything, and I was able to be reimbursed for my visit! On our way back, we encountered a stressful situation when our flight home was cancelled. After notifying Tracy of this situation, she handled everything and put our minds at ease. We got an extra night's stay in Mexico and put on the next flight out, all expenses covered! If you're thinking about booking a trip, do yourself a favor and contact Tracy! Her knowledge, professionalism, and personal touch made this an unforgettable vacation. We will definitely be booking our next trip through Tracy!
