I was planning a trip to Disney World for myself, my son, his wife and 2 daughters 4 1/2 yrs and 9 mos. I had ideas and definitely wanted to stay at the Polynesian Resort. My co worker told me to speak to Taylor. From the very early stages of planning (back in May) till December 28th, when we arrived to Disney. Taylor was with me every step of the way from planning character meals, dining reservations, getting Lightning Lanes and Single Passes. She patiently explained to me how Lightning Lanes worked. We weren’t able to get Bibbity Bobbity Boutique 60 days out, Taylor kept trying. On Monday 12/29/25 she text me that she got us an appointment for the next day, 3 hours before our Cinderella’s Royal Table - very awesome!!! My granddaughter and daughter-in-law were very, very happy. I did cancel a couple of dining reservations and Taylor handled that for me. Taylor made me feel that my family and I were in good hands before during and after our trip. I will book my next trip through Taylor and I will highly recommend her to friends and family!

Taylor was amazing to work with and was super responsive every time I reached out with questions leading up to and during our trip. Her PDFs with tips and tricks for each park were incredibly helpful and thorough. They included info on which snacks to try and which rides to prioritize based on the ages of my kiddos and typical wait times. Any time we had Disney related questions, she had an answer, even when I texted super early/late.
