Booked Mi Familia trip without a clue of where we wanted to go. Gina spun off lots of questions asking about what we like, what we don't like, what we were hoping to get out of the trip, etc. and after doing her thing she recommended what turned out to be a great trip that the group, as a whole, enjoyed. Anybody booking for family knows there is usually one or two that aren't happy and complain. We didn't get that, other than food opinions!

Wonderful winter getaway!

When we arrived to the resort we were welcomed by, “Welcome home”, then handed a cold towel and a cool drink. We were escorted to the concierge area where there were lots of drinks and snacks. We were then given our resort wristbands and escorted to our room, and our luggage delivered shortly after. We loved that this wasn’t a timeshare resort, so no pressure for meetings. Beautiful resort with lovely pools and landscaping!

This was no easy task for her as we were a bit of a handful at the beginning with but being able to make up our minds but she remained patient and positive thru it all! She booked us at a great resort with everything we asked for and more. Then 2 days before we were to leave our flight got canceled and the airlines was going to fly us out a day later. She spent her entire day on a Saturday trying to rectify the situation and get us on a flight for the day we were originally scheduled. With alot of time, persistence, and energy, she did just that. We had the best trip ever and I would highly recommend her to everyone! Thank you so much for all your hard work and effort into this amazing trip. Gina did a great job in coordinating our trip. We had 11 people coming from 2 different states. We had a small hiccup when we arrived but gina was by her phone and able to take care of it. We have used Gina for several trips before and always top notch service. You would be lucky to use her.

Working with Gina was such a pleasure. She was helpful in helping us find multiple options for our trip to punta cana and then working with us to find the best fit. Her communication was prompt and she answered all of our questions. All of the details she helped us with from airport transfers, to room preferences, hotel commination and customs tips were handled perfectly. She checked in with us after arrival to ensure things were going smoothly. We cant wait to plan out next trip with her!!!!
We spent a week at the royalton punta cana. We did decide to upgrade to diamond club and we thought it was well worth it. The separate check in area with snacks and drinks was nice. We loved the included hydrotherapy at the spa- that is a must for diamond club members. All of the bars were great but the diamond club bar was the place we went to the most for the specialty drinks. The main buffet was good and we had plenty to chose from. The restaurants were all wonderful, favorite was Hunter.
