Gina took care of everything for us on the trip! It went so smoothly and we did not have to worry about a thing! It was great!

My group began planning this trip in the summer with a group much larger than the final group. We had some very last-minute back-outs, but Gina went above and beyond to make sure that everyone was able to go on the trip without paying a significant upcharge.

Gina had everything done perfectly; resort accomodations, RT transportation on Delta, help with travel ins. All we had to do was show up. We will definitely use Gina again

Booked Mi Familia trip without a clue of where we wanted to go. Gina spun off lots of questions asking about what we like, what we don't like, what we were hoping to get out of the trip, etc. and after doing her thing she recommended what turned out to be a great trip that the group, as a whole, enjoyed. Anybody booking for family knows there is usually one or two that aren't happy and complain. We didn't get that, other than food opinions!

We booked a trip with Gina to Sint Maarten for in the Caribbean in January to get away from the Minnesota cold. Our resort was beautiful, best food we’ve had at an all-inclusive and excellent service as well! We had such a nice, relaxing and fun time, and Gina helped with all the details. No complaints, everything was perfect! Great memories made.

From the start of Gina booking the trip, which all went great! Answering questions and getting us information. Researching excursions and setting it up for us. Setting transportation to and from everything went really well! Gina is also very personable and friendly. Gina is willing to go out of her way to make sure you have all your needs met, and you have a great vacation.

Gina is extremely easy to work with. She has booked numerous vacations for my husband and I. She has never steered us wrong. She out does herself each and every time. This past trip she really out did herself. The resort was wonderful. I guess there was a little mix up but she was right there taking care of us. If she had not told us I would have never known. When we arrived to the resort we were welcomed by, “Welcome home”, then handed a cold towel and a cool drink. We were escorted to the concierge area where there were lots of drinks and snacks. We were then given our resort wristbands and escorted to our room, and our luggage delivered shortly after. We loved that this wasn’t a timeshare resort, so no pressure for meetings. Beautiful resort with lovely pools and landscaping!

Gina was an amazing resource throughout the entire process of planning our spring break trip. She was available to assist as much as requested (even for those of us who don’t travel very often and had lots of questions!), for every phase. This was no easy task for her as we were a bit of a handful at the beginning with but being able to make up our minds but she remained patient and positive thru it all! She booked us at a great resort with everything we asked for and more. Then 2 days before we were to leave our flight got canceled and the airlines was going to fly us out a day later. Gina did a great job in coordinating our trip. We had 11 people coming from 2 different states. We had a small hiccup when we arrived but gina was by her phone and able to take care of it. We have used Gina for several trips before and always top notch service. You would be lucky to use her.

We spent a week at the royalton punta cana. We did decide to upgrade to diamond club and we thought it was well worth it. The separate check in area with snacks and drinks was nice. We loved the included hydrotherapy at the spa- that is a must for diamond club members. All of the bars were great but the diamond club bar was the place we went to the most for the specialty drinks. The main buffet was good and we had plenty to chose from. The restaurants were all wonderful, favorite was Hunter.
