Rosemary booked our Greek cruise this past October. Had lots of suggestions on where to visit, what to expect as it has been many years since we have cruised. Lots of helpful travelling hints, information on different cruise lines. Very knowledgeable.

Small boat, only 28:passengers which we loved. Our guide was excellent. He explained each day what the bike ride entailed. Food was delicious.

The cruise was well organized by our agent Rosemary and we travelled without a hitch Would recommend it to anyone wanting to cruise and explore the Greek islands!

This was my husband and my first mediterranean cruise with Celebrity and working with Rosemary. It was a 9 day cruise, visiting Italy, France and Spain. Rosemary was very knowledgeable in her recommendations and they were exactly what we wanted from hotels (2 days in Rome prior to boarding ship), great room located on the ship (8th Floor near elevators) and 2 days in Barcelona after the cruise. All hotel accomodations were well located in Rome and Barcelona and came with breakfasts. Overall our experience working with Rosemary was terrific and we wouldn't hesitate to book our next adventure with her.

Rosemary helped us plan a cruise on short notice, coordinating the needs of two families. She provided suggestions for appropriate family friendly lines, and managed to accommodate our requests for room locations, even though there were limited options at the time. She looked after everything: dining reservations, coordinating show reservations with dining times, booking special experiences on tha ship for the family. All of this could have been done online by us, but she went right ahead and booked it all. She also went ahead and did our online checkin, printing luggage tags and boarding documents. In this day of online self-service (which is what I usually do ), it was a pleasure and a treat to have Rosemary take the initiative to look after all the details for us. In fact, other travel agents we've had in the past will book the cruise but then send us to the website to book our dinners etc. Rosemary took an interest in us as people, not just clients. She is a real people person. I look forward to booking more vacations with her.

Rosemary really knew the detail on our Scandinavia /Russia cruise.Was able to give unique information that helped in several areas .Most important was the organizing of the Russia component , we ended up with a car , driver , and guide , all very economic . We covered more in 2 days , than anyone could have in 3 days .And the complications of being in Russia were all taken away. We are very experienced Europe travellers , and can do many things ourselves , but Rosemary filling in the holes in our experience was great.
