Natalina was fun to deal with. She dealt with all of our many questions professionally and responded quickly every time. Our family was coming together from disparate locations and she made sure to provide all the options but also gave her opinions and leveraged the experiences of her clients to help us make the best decisions. Our trip was fantastic. The Barcelo resort provided so many options for food, beverages and entertainment that all of our tastes were covered. The tips Natalina gave were very useful and, as a result, we were able to get the most benefit we could the entire week. We are already planning next year's family trip and we will definitely be using Natalina again.
