All-inclusive, Cruise and Tour Planning

Julie has helped arrange my last two trips this year: 1 to an all-inclusive in Puerto Vallarta with friends and my last trip to UK solo where 1 week was at a retreat and the last was in London. Julie was so helpful and was able to get exactly what we wanted in Mexico and what I wanted in London and Birmingham. I am not sure why I have not used a travel agent in my travel arrangements before. Julie is friendly and listens to you and that is such a treat! Thank you Julie!

The Alaskan cruise trip Julie helped plan for me was truly a trip of a life time. I had never gone on a cruise before so I had no idea where to start. Julie was reassuring and informative when we met and started to look into all the options. Once the choice was made, she helped at each step - selecting the cruise line, booking the cruise, helping with health and cancellation insurance, getting information about and setting up side trips and booking my flight home. When the need arose, Julie quickly informed me of any changes that had to be made. She made sure that I got all the documents and confirmations I needed so I felt secure at every step of the trip. Not only did I have a wonderful cruise I was able to enjoy a number of really terrific side trips and an awesome scenic adventure in Alaska before heading safely home.

What an exciting thing to do..go on a special trip with a best friend. And who better to help you plan but your daughter! Julie guided our decision making helping us make the choices that needed to be made with patience and professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble and she answered all our questions quickly and carefully. We ended up having such a good time and wanted to thank Julie for making our trip flawless and stress free.
