Hi, my name is Elisa.
I am a native Mexican. I ws born in the south east of Mexico in the state of Tabasco, a very beautiful green and tropical land, surrounded by 4 rivers, lagoons and the Gulf of Mexico. Living close to Guatemala, Belize, Chiapas, Yucatan, Campeche, Oaxaca and all the Mayan cities around me was one of the biggest blessings I grew up with, since I got to learn more about our culture, our ancestors, and also enjoy the beautiful nature that we have in Mexico.
Before becoming a travel agent, I was always passionate about exploring my country and even organizing tours for my family and friends in order to know more about our culture and surrounding areas.
I am very passionate about serving people and seeing them enjoy all the beauty that this planet can offer.
Cruising has been one of the best experiences I have had that has allowed me to get to know several places in a shorter period of time, while enjoying the perks and amenities that cruise lines can offer. It is another level! Enjoying sunsets, the calming sound of the ocean, enjoying sunrise, great food and company and disconnecting from the routine has become one of my best relaxing activities.
My family and I are also passionate about outdoor adventures and we usually explore State and National parks to enjoy a good camping/glamping time and hikes.
I am eager to give the most from me to help you enjoy your vacations. You will not be alone and I will make sure you have unforgettable memories.
And, I speak fluent Spanish!

Wonderful vacations

can’t say enough amazing things about this travel agency and our Caribbean cruise experience. From the very beginning, the agency was organized, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure every detail of our trip was perfect. They made planning stress-free and exciting, which already set the tone for an unforgettable vacation.
The cruise itself was next-level. The Caribbean destinations were absolutely breathtaking, but what really surprised me was how incredible the food and entertainment were onboard. Every meal felt like a restaurant-quality experience, with so much variety that there was always something new and delicious to try. Honestly, I looked forward to every single meal.
The entertainment was just as impressive—live shows, music, themed nights, and activities that kept everyone engaged and having fun. There was never a dull moment, whether you wanted to relax or be entertained all night long.

Elisa is the best! She was with us from start to finish of our cruise journey and even after for checking in. She went above and beyond meeting our expectations. This was our first Disney cruise and my family and I had several questions which Elisa always helped us with and always quick to reply. It made the process so smooth and with no stress!
