We went to SeaWorld which was super awesome. But we absolutely fell in love with Discovery Cove. I'm so glad Carrie helped me so much. She helped me answers so many crazy questions LOL she is amazing. My next trip I will definitely be calling Carrie!

Let me start by saying I’ve been to Disney a lot over the years and I’ve always booked my own trips and done all the things. Life has been hectic lately to say the least, so why not give a travel agent a try this go around? I will never NOT use a travel agent! Carrie was absolutely PHENOMENAL! From getting us the best deal (with options), down to the itty bitty details that no one even thinks about. Reservation date opening reminders, lightening lane openings, etc. Nothing fell through the cracks with her! Not to mention her willingness to help while we were on our trip. Had a couple slight mishaps on my part during the trip, but instead of having to waste precious time going to guest services, one simple text to Carrie and “Voila!” problem solved within a matter of minutes! Can’t wait to book our next trip with her!

Carrie was so organized and knowledgeable! She took our family dynamics into consideration when planning our days which was so so helpful not only to the adults but the kids also!

I asked Carrie to book our hotel, dinners, shows etc for each day of our trip. She did an amazing job. Everything was perfect and our trip ran seamlessly. I will absolutely use Carrie for all future travel.
