We had an amazing trip to Punta Cana. Mackenzie was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of booking the trip and any updates or information throughout and until we arrived home. During out trip, we had a little mishap with our luggage being delayed for a couple days, and then some terrible weather forecasts for our return home. Mackenzie continued to stay in touch and was ALWAYS available for any questions and took care of flight changes. If you are looking for a travel agent, Mackenzie will go above and beyond to help you out. Highly recommend.

The booking process, transportation to and from the resort and the resort were great. Sun Country Airlines delayed our trip there by a couple hours and stranded us overnight in Cancun with the return.

Our agent Mackenzie helped us plan this trip from the start. We weren’t sure which resort to choose and we are so glad we followed her recommendation for Impressions, it far exceeded any expectations we had and we’ve almost always stayed at Secrets in the past. Our trip home had some challenges with Atlanta flights to and from being delayed which caused us to miss our last flight. But Mackenzie was following our flights home and booked a backup reservation into an airport only 30 miles away that we managed to make. We’re so thankful she did that because getting home to Green Bay from Atlanta would’ve taken another day. She is the best and would highly recommend her!
