You can expect that I will work closely with you to learn your personal wishes for your trips so that I can customize your journey with the right excursions and accommodations. I will also advise you on the items you may need to bring. For instance, I recently booked a cruise to the Arctic for a group. As part of my services, I advised them on the type of clothing they should bring and also made recommendations for pre- and post-accommodations, excursions and flights. 

I will also be there for you if things should go awry. For instance, a client of mine was delayed at customs and was going to miss his cruise. I recommended that he try to catch the ship at its next stop, but my client insisted that he wanted to board at the departure port. So, I made some calls and, fortunately, I was able to convince the captain to wait for my client. Of course, this wouldn't have been possible with a big cruise line, but it does go to show that I will always work diligently to solve any issues that should arise during your travels.
