I haven’t booked a trip with a travel agent since 2009 & even though I’m well travelled, I will always continue to use her services and recommend her to anyone!! She is amazing!! A birthday trip to truly remember! I found Diakisha through a google search when trying to plan my birthday trip with a friend. She was very quick in her response, asking what we were looking for and where we were departing. As my friend & I were departing from two different cities, I expected this to be a complicated search, but again, Diakisha was very prompt in providing options for both of us. About 2 weeks later, my friend was still undecided and as I had provided Diakisha with my travel history, she encouraged me (with permission of my friend) to travel solo. Diakisha was extremely patient with me, going through the finer details of the narrowed down hotels and eventually, we both chose Margaritaville, a newer all inclusive hotel, she made accommodations immediately (special assistance with the airline, birthday accommodations with the hotel), even went through excursions that would be available. She talked me through & sent all information for me to double check before departure, she sent timely reminders within the week of travel, she even wished me a great trip & let me know she would be available if I had any issues; which I had none! I’m so thankful for her kind, patient & calm demeanour!

For our 10-day family vacation in Florida, Diakisha took care of everything we needed. From the car rental for the duration of our stay, to the a hotel booking for a 2-night stay in Orlando, she made the entire experience easy! Fortunately, the connecting flight was also delayed, so we made it home on time, but the fact that she was at the ready to ensure that we were supported, alleviated all our stress. The experience working with Diakisha is the best we've had and I will continue to book with her for future travels! In fact, because of this experience working with her, we want to travel more!

Diakisha was a great travel advisor. The purpose of our trip was to find a prom dress for my daughter and her friends. Diakisha was able to find a hotel in the city centre that was accessible to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. She sent us recommendations for a boutique dress store where I was able to purchase 3 prom dresses for my daughter and her friends. She also recommended variety of food spots as she listened to our food restrictions; vegan and dairy free. I will be using her services for every future endeavour. I recommend you do the same!
