I lamented to my hairdresser that I repeatedly tried to book a trip to Maui, but I got overwhelmed & frustrated by the lack of ease navigating flights, lodging & excursions. Lo & behold my hairdresser friend knew just the right agent to help. I contacted Niki the next day with time & budget parameters. To my great relief, Niki met all our criteria by the day's end! At departure time, Niki took my last minute call & talked us through downloading the airline site for electronic tickets. Our trip went smoothly and I'm grateful to Niki for her kindness & patience with me, who is not a savvy traveler. I cannot recommend her more!

Nikki was the best! I appreciate her attention to detail. The itinerary was easy to follow and any questions or issues were easily resolved .
