I recently returned from a two-week trip to Spain, and I can’t say enough good things about working with Ursula Blackburne. From start to finish, she made planning an international trip to a non-English-speaking country effortless and enjoyable. Throughout the process, her communication was excellent. If she didn’t have an immediate answer to a question, she always followed up until she did. She struck the perfect balance between professionalism and personal attention — it was clear from the very beginning that her goal was to create a truly stellar experience tailored to our interests. She went above and beyond when I had trouble purchasing tickets to a special exhibit on my own; she stepped in and made it happen seamlessly. Every hotel she selected was perfectly located — close enough to everything we wanted to see, but never in overly congested tourist areas. Her timing for each destination was spot-on, and she carefully curated tours that matched our interests, including several foodie walking tours and even a cooking class. The entire trip went off without a hitch — no missed connections, despite the many planes, trains, and car transfers involved. I never would have navigated Spain’s train system as smoothly without her expertise. Having someone manage all those logistics gave me such peace of mind. Even after our return, she followed up for genuine feedback and asked thoughtful questions about how everything went. The travel app she provided before departure made it easy to access our itinerary and all travel details in one place. Overall, Ursula delivered an exceptional, stress-free travel experience. I would recommend her to anyone planning a trip abroad — especially if you want someone who truly listens and goes the extra mile.

Ursula and her team at Rossnaree Travel are amazing at what they do. With 10+ years in the travel industry it definitely shows. Ursula is so personable and cares about every aspect of your vacation. It shows in every conversation and every form of communication. She’s so thorough and thinks about things that you would not think of to make sure everything goes smoothly on your vacations. Our mini vacation was a ladies trip to Fort Worth, Tx for a 60th birthday and it did not disappoint. We had a wonderful time with a great concert, lunches, diners, shopping & wonderful honkey tonks. It was a pleasure to have Ursula & her team plan our memorable weekend.
