The itinerary was perfect; some places we've never been (Panama, Columbia and a new part of Costa Rica). The cruise was wonderful.... a few hick-ups but they were no one's fault and the staff was quick to rectify. (Fan belt on bus broke, two excursions at the same place and time). On-board the ship- shows were new and exciting, ice rink was used as additional stage when needed. There was no lack of activities to join or just watch. Plenty of activities at all times of the day and into the nights. Food was tasty and food staff were very attentive to cleanliness, food temperature and presentation. We had a room on the 2nd floor and at first I was concerned however it was probably the best sleep on a cruise ship I've ever had. The room was conveniently located. Wonderful trip. Thanks Jennifer for all you did to make this cruise fantastic!!!
