When we called Matilyn Parks to set up a cruise, we were so happy with the professional way she listened to us and what what are needs were. We had not cruised for many years and a lot of things had changed. Matilyn was there to guide us through the process. We had never had someone so geat help us book a trip. We have since booked another cruise. I have recommended Matilyn to many friends.

I always booked my own vacations until becoming completely wheelchair dependent on December 28, 2024. My husband and I had (3) cruises planned and we cancelled them. We were planning not to travel again. In July, we decided if we could find a travel agent that specialized in cruises, we would try another cruise. My neighbor told me to contact Matilyn Parks for an awesome experience. Matilyn booked a cruise for us with everything from airport pickup for (4) that could accommodate a paralyzed customer and a wheelchair along with (3) other guests and luggage. Upon, arriving at the ship everything had been prearranged by Matilyn, to get us on the ship seamlessly. Our handicap cabin was perfect for my needs; she even arranged for some special equipment to be waiting in the cabin. The cruise was wonderful and the shore excursion that Matilyn arranged accommodated myself and wheelchair in a van with a lift. We did a Zoo and Chocolate Factory tour. After, the cruise we were promptly whisked off the ship and into the same transportation as before the cruise. We were taken straight to the airport and (2) of our party flew home and my husband and I were taken to Hertz Rental Car. Our trip was wonderful and my husband and I had Matilyn book (3) cruises for January 2026. All three are on Royal Caribbean Quantum of the Seas, in the same handicap cabin. We, have a special adventure that Matilyn found and has planned for us in June of 2026. I told Matilyn, I had a bucket list item that I would probably not be able to do. Matilyn, has arranged a 22 day cruise for us in June of 2026; so I can finally see Ireland. Matilyn, has booked a cruise for my granddaughter and her BFF in October 2026; my husband and I are booked on this cruise also. All of these trips have been meticulously planned by Matilyn Parks!! Thanks Matilyn, you're wonderful at what you do and I would definitely say you're "#1 when it comes to helping this Paraphellegic travel again"!

After one of my international flights was canceled by the airline, Mati was very helpful with the long process of getting us rescheduled, refunded, and working out the kinks! Made the gruesome process seem easy.

Matilyn was so amazing helping us plan our cruise! She kept in constant contact with us, and was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions we had! Highly recommended her!
