Enchanting Rhine with Lake Como

We had the best time. There were no hiccups at all.

I have used Debbie twice now in recent months. The first time was to my 60th year class reunion WestChester, PA. in October, 2025. The second time was back to West Chester in November, 2025 for a family wedding. On both occasions Debbie was able to assist a confused old man to have a wonderful travel experience. All travel arrangements worked out perfectly and she patiently explained all that I needed to know. God willing, I hope to travel more in the future and Debbie Parker will be the source for all of my travel needs.

Our cruise to Norway was everything we hoped for! I have been meaning to email you to thank you for the gifts of strawberries and champagne waiting for us upon our arrival. Thank you for gifts and helping us especially with the ETA.

The trip was great! Thanks so much for hooking us up! • Flights o Always enjoy Polaris class o Worked out perfectly. No issues. • Drivers o Cheam (London) - really good experience. o Chabe (Paris) - great experience! They had a really nice lounge near the train station. They were very accommodating. o Dutch Connection (Amsterdam) - We missed the pickup from the train station, but the driver for the airport commute was awesome. He even escorted us in and showed us how to get the tax refund on purchases. Diana, the manager there, I believe, was great with comms and updates as well. • Trains o London to Paris - perfect. Nice ride, and liked the first class cabin o Paris to Amsterdam - we didn’t know that we were supposed to get off at the Airport stop. I’m sure it was in our paperwork, but I must have missed it. So we missed our pickup there, and ended up taking a taxi from Central Station. It worked out just fine. • Hotels o Savoy - very nice. Great location. Great concierge experience o Grand Hotel du Palais Royal - great location, and very cool hotel! Again, great concierge experience. o Pulitzer - Another great one! Really enjoyed the location and the experience. Once again, outstanding concierge experience. Overall, a wonderful trip, Debbie! I’m not sure that Margeaux is going to be able to travel any other way going forward. We set a bad precedent ;-)

Debbie planned the perfect trip for our family. The accommodations were spectacular and convenient to shopping, swimming, and entertainment. All scheduled flights were on time and smooth allowing for easy layovers. We did the cruise and land tour. We saw so much beauty and had such a wonderful time. On the cruise part we visited Ketchikan, which has great shopping. Juneau, where we went whale watching and saw quite a few whales. In Skagway we rode the White Mountain Pass Railroad. On our land tour we really enjoyed the train ride from Talkeetna to Denali. All the Princess Lodges were comfortable.

We had talked about going to Alaska for years. Even after researching on my own, I was overwhelmed with planning an Alaska trip. Debbie listened to us and found us the perfect land/sea combo. We have cruised many times but never on Princess and I'm so glad she recommended them. Our ports were varied and all offered something unique. We had several wilderness encounters. The educational offerings by the cruise line were informative and fun. Most important, when we were threatened with a delay by wildfires, Debbie kept her cool and updated us frequently on the situation. Having Debbie to rely on helped me relax and enjoy my vacation!

Fantastic time, from the moment off the plane to the drive to the resort and back to the airport. If only Mother Nature would get it together and take care of all the seaweed in the ocean.

Everything was absolutely amazing! The boys fished and fished and fished. We had local restaurants cook their catch several different ways. YUMMY! Everyone's favorite, by far, was the ferry over to Sunset Key for dinner at Latitudes. Unbelievable! We sat on the terrace, ate lobster, drank wine and watched the sun set. The hotel in Miami wasn't super great. But, it served its purpose. We didn't need anything nicer. The breakfast buffet was HUGE!!! The boys ate everything! We went downtown (South Beach) in our convertible and ate at a really cute restaurant and people watched. Extremely colorful, to say the least. We ended up getting a Mustang convertible. It was fun driving through the keys. We stopped at Robbie's and fed the Tarpon. I sent a video of that. The hotel in Key West was ideal. The rooms were large and amenities great. The location was perfect. Very clean. Two nice pools. Room service could be a bit better, but no one really should be sitting in their room eating with

Our trip was uh-mazing! I don’t think there is one thing I can say was my favorite because everything was my favorite, lol! I will say that kissing the Blarney Stone was very near and dear to my heart. My late father kissed the Blarney Stone also. Our travel guide, Anne, was great! She was so knowledgeable and fun. I can’t not think you enough for everything. It was so nice to be able to have everything planned out and not have to worry about anything! We look forward to planning another great trip with your help!

We had a nice trip to Generations. It wasn’t a bad drive from the airport and the staff was ready for us when we arrived. The staff was so friendly and the food was ok. There aren’t a lot of options so after a week it starts to get old. There were 3 dinner only restaurants and Of the three the Asian one was by far the best. Also on Tuesday they go all out with a fiesta. The food was excellent and a few vendors came for a little shopping The fiesta was our favorite part! Room service was actually really good too. We walked Next door to the adult only sister property. I thought it was beautiful and much higher scale. My adult kids said it was too quiet and they felt more comfortable at generations. The swim up room was very cool. After a day in the sun it was a nice option to go back to the room and swim in the shady pool outside our room. The biggest disappointment would be the beach. The seaweed was horrible but even if that wasn’t as issue it just wasn’t a great beach. We enjoyed

The hotel was excellent but very different from what it was when I was there last, which was several decades ago. It is not as exclusive as it was then. Now it is full of young couples, mostly from New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania with 2/3 kids each; some well behaved, some not so well behaved. We ate exclusively in the hotel restaurants. The restaurants were very good but fairly expensive. We did enjoy them immensely though. Silvia and I chose Bermuda because we wanted to relax, get some sun and dine at good restaurants. Our expectations were fulfilled. The only thing I would do differently would be to book the trip when kids are back in school (but then, as it becomes later in the year there might be more weather concerns). Note that there are few accommodations for seniors or handicapped (often many stairs, often no elevators, etc.), although the hotel accommodated us by making the security van available when necessary. Anyway, we were very pleased with the trip.

Lance & Katie had a wonderful time on their honeymoon! I’m sorry, I had intended to email you sooner. They posted some pics on Facebook, so let me snag those & share with you. When they arrived at the airport, they were greeted by someone from Couples and were the only ones on the transfer to the resort. So even without the Club Mobay at arrival, Lance was impressed with the service. On the return, they both were very happy they had access to the Club Mobay lounge. Lance even called from there to say how nice it was and how much they appreciated it since they had a long travel day ahead! They said the resort grounds & private villa were beautiful. From the pics, the villa rooms looked very spacious! They golfed, spent time at the pools & beach, got certified to scuba, did several dives and really enjoyed the trip to Dunn River Falls. They also did the catamaran excursion but said they might have skipped that to scuba another day. As far as restaurants, I know they

The trip was fantastic. The guide and driver, Barbra and Shawn were the best and had so much knowledge it made the trip very interesting. There isn’t just one thing that is the best part, but I have to say the trip on the ferry to the Aran Island to see the cliffs were amazing. We did three excursions, dinner at the castle, dinner at the corn barn and then to the pub Aggie Hayes, which was so much fun!!! We had the best weather it only really rained once when we were at the Blarney Castle and John kissed the Blarney Stone. I passed on that I don’t need any extra eloquence! I loved all of the history and the church; the Abby was so gorgeous. The Cliffs of Moehr were so busy that it was not so enjoyable but that’s okay because the views were still amazing. We had a great time at the Rathburn Farms baking scones, Frances was a hoot. I was on the fence about the Waterford Crystal tour, I was thinking that it wasn’t going to be anything, but I have to say that it was so

I just wanted to pass on our thanks for an absolutely fantastic family holiday to Italy. Debbie- All of Kensington Tours staff (drivers, guides) were consistently there where our agenda had them be (timely, reliable, helpful). The guides tailored their programs to keep the children on our tours interest, really appreciated. The Gelato and Pizza Cooking Class was enjoyed by all, the restaurant staff leading this effort were wonderful. The hotels were excellent. A wonderful holiday. We will definitely use YOU & Kensington Tours again.

We had a great time on the cruise! The mountains and country side was absolutely beautiful and we spent a lot of time on the our balcony enjoying the view. It rained on/off at the beginning on the cruise but didn’t slow us down. We did an excursion in Sitka and saw four whales' multiple times along with other wildlife. Thanks again for your help. We plan on going on another Alaskan cruise in a few years from now.

The trip was amazing!! Your hotel recommendations were ideal. We were in walking distance of everything. We aren’t big foodies, so we stuck to the basics for the most part. My favorite was Copenhagen. That hotel location reminded me of a block out of NYC Time Square. lol. Tourists delight for sure! We spent a full afternoon at Tívoli. In Oslo- we wanted to do a fjord cruise but not too excited about the long train ride- so we flew to Bergen for the day, did the fjord cruise and flew back to Oslo that evening. (Basically 2 planes, 4 trains and a boat all in a single day). We found an incredible Italian restaurant a couple of blocks away from our hotel and ate there almost every day. Has a great patio on one of the squares and incredible cocktails. Mamma Mia the Party in Sweden was so much fun!! It was our last fun thing before heading home. I raved so much about our family trip to Jamaica and how you were so good with planning the arrangements from soup to nuts that my friend asked me to reach out to you about a girl's trip that they want to do and wanted to use your services and get pricing for it. I remembered that you gave me 2 other resort quotes for my trip to Jamaica and I choose the one that I wanted. Anyway, thanks again for your help.

Our group as you know included a family of five with young children ages 1 to 5, young adults with no children ages 30 to 35, and me and Gretchen. Summary- The trip met expectations and more. For personal reasons I won't go back. We chose Hawaii because it was a US destination in close proximity to the west coast. That worked well for two of the group that live on the west coast. I travelled from Florida. 6-hour time change and 20 hours plus travel days is a beating. And this place is wild expensive. You can do Hawaii a lot cheaper than I did of course, but housing and hotels in Maui are high cost. I can afford it but for my money, I can go to as good or better beaches and resorts for much less. The travel time is the killer for me, but even outside that factor I don’t see the vacation value. I will go to the Caribbean. Hawaii is not a budget vacation! Debbie Parker recommended the Rhine Castles and Swiss Alps cruise on a Amawaterways ship to give us the experience of a lot of countries in one trip. This voyage took us to six countries. The experience was everything she told us it would be. She had visited a lot of the places on this trip and recommended which side trips we would be interested in. Her expertise was right on. The pre trip experience was easy with her help and she made sure we were ready for whatever came our way. I have used Debbie for a lot of travel plans and she is very knowledgeable on any inquiry I had and always would give us advice on the best itinerary to fit our requests.
