Best 5th birthday surprise!

When I first picked Kelli to be my travel agent it was because her persona online seemed friendly and like she cared about her clients. And that is 100% what she is, she went above and beyond to help us plan my daughter‘s fifth birthday trip to Disney. She handled everything from hotel accommodations to special dining, to our transport from the airport to the hotel and even surprised us and my daughter with our door decorated for her birthday with all the Disney princesses. If I had any question with my booking or my trip, I could shoot her a text and she would immediately always call me, she made us feel like part of her family not just someone she was booking a trip for. Anytime someone needs help planning a trip, I always give them Kelly’s information and I feel like I didn’t just get a travel agent out of this, I feel like I made a lifelong friend.

1st Disney Cruise

I never like booking myself with disney because there's so many intricate details, ins and outs that I don't have the time or energy to learn about. Kelly has been ALL of the time and energy. Great when troubles cropped up

Kelly is very responsive and was great to work with! We had to cancel a planned trip in April due to a child’s medical emergency.
