I had reached out to you only knowing that you are a travel agent familiar with medical and disability travel. Mt dear friend of 30 years was in her last stages of her battle with cancer. Her dying wish was to return home to Oregon from New York. After hundreds of phone calls to charitys and to airlines with no avail of any progress i called an unfamiliar phone number and Carol answered. After a brief description of my struggle and a few tears Carol took over for me. It was as if she was now my family member in my corner fighting with me to navigate both medical and travel arrangements. Unfortunately, my dear friend passed as we were starting to make the necessary travel and medical accommodations. I will always remember your kindness and willingness to help a total stranger in their worst hours of grief and frustration.
