My husband was gifted a ticket to the Rose Bowl, and Cari immediately stepped in to help us coordinate the trip. She assisted with booking the hotel, airport transfers, and a shuttle to both the Rose Bowl Parade and the game. The hotel was very nice and perfectly suited for a quick trip. All transfers went smoothly—the driver was waiting for my husband at the airport upon arrival and arrived on time at the hotel for his return trip home. The parade and game shuttle was fantastic, picking him up at a convenient access point near the hotel, taking the group to view the parade, and then shuttling them directly to the Rose Bowl Stadium. After the game, the shuttle returned everyone to the same access point, making the entire experience seamless. Cari stayed in contact with my husband throughout the trip to ensure everything was running smoothly and even confirmed his return transfer the day before his flight home—despite being on her own family trip at the time. We have worked with Cari before and will absolutely work with her again on our next adventure!
