Tristin did such an amazing job tailoring the perfect experiences for our group. It actually felt like a relaxing vacation because she handled all the details for us. She was kind and professional in all of our communications, and when we asked her to add some excusions to our trip she responded promptly. During one of our excursions we had a small issue (nothing to do with Tristin!) and we called her and she had the situation managed almost immediately.
