We worked with Melia Travel Co for the first time and highly recommend her. I found the process to be easy and smooth. She is very organized. All of your emails are in the same place so it’s easy to track conversations. She links your itinerary to an app which has all of the information about your resort as well as your documents. She has helpful travel tips and recommendations for the area you are traveling to. She also sent texts when you arrive at your destination and back at home. She even sent a handwritten thank you note in the mail. Overall just super impressed with her service and we will be using her again.

We have just returned from the most memorable, all inclusive, adults only, girls trip, you could have ever wished for. With her expertise planning , we were all treated like Queens. My family and I recently took an amazing cruise vacation to the southern Caribbean. Melia Travel Co. made the trip absolutely seamless from the first day on! Melia made it easy for us getting to and from our resort by booking our shuttle ahead of time! She offered support at anytime during our trip and gave recommendations such as other transportation while there and things to do while there! I highly recommend her!

My favorite part of the trip was the variety of activities that were arranged, specifically the visit to Mendenhall Glacier and Museum. I absolutely would recommend it to friends and already have. This was one of the most well-planned trips I’ve had, from start to finish—air travel, transfers, and the cruise line were all wonderful. Melia took care of everything, and we didn’t have to do much planning ourselves. Being senior citizens, it was incredibly easy, and we didn’t have to worry about any of the details. I would definitely recommend Melia as a Travel Advisor. If we had questions, she was always quick to get us answers.

Melia had us very well prepared for our Princess cruise and was incredibly responsive to all my questions—she made the whole process so easy. She clearly knows Princess Cruises inside and out. The cruise options she presented were spot on. She gave us choices—one-way or roundtrip, different trip lengths—and helped us narrow it down. It would’ve taken us weeks to figure that out on our own! You can tell she’s experienced with cruises and knows how to guide you in the right direction. We had our luggage tags ready, knew exactly what to expect, and she made sure everything was taken care of in advance so we could breeze through the Green Lane and board quickly. Her customer service is truly A++. She checked in often to make sure everything was completed and done right, which I really appreciated. The booking process was seamless, and she always gave us plenty of notice when payments were due. From the initial proposal to the booking process, helping us prepare, and even checking in while we were traveling—Melia was on it. She also followed up after the trip to see how everything went and gather feedback. Her attention to detail and commitment to improving for the future really stood out.

Our Alaskan cruise was honestly incredible. It was a once in a lifetime trip and I didn't have to do a single thing except for show up - Melia handled it all. Flights, cruise details, excursions, dinner reservations, even taxis and port valet back at Seattle was setup. I just showed up and enjoyed. She also recommended the Thermal Suite which I totally enjoyed every day of the cruise. So grateful for how easy she made it.

My bestie and I took a girls-only trip to Cabo and had a great time. All we had to do is spend a few minutes with Melia to explain what we were looking for, what we didn’t want and she took it from there. Communication was frequent and we got to our destination fully prepared with no worries! We had a snafu with one of our bags when we arrived at the resort (wrong bag) and Melia was quick to guide us to what our options were. I love that Melia had several options for us based on the price range we were considering. Top notch service and I highly recommend!

Melia found us a perfect hotel for a trip to Chicago. The DoubleTree has a rooftop pool and was near all the major attractions, including walking distance to Navy Pier and Michigan Ave. She also was able to quickly book us a boat trip on short notice! We couldn't have had as great of a trip without her help! I would recommend her to anyone looking to secure the perfect travel experience.
