We went to Punta Cana for our wedding with a large group. Of course flight delays and problems occurred. She was amazing! Responded so quickly day or night. Got on the phone when I was on a flight to update our transfers when delays occurred and was absolutely amazing with everything else as well!! Smoothest trip ever! Will be returning to Rachel soon!

Rachel was an amazing travel agent. From start to finish of our trip, she was always available, reachable and willing to go above in beyond. Even in the airport while we were departing and I was having issues with a customs piece to get us into the DR when we landed. I was not only surprised that having a travel agent cost $0.00, but that it would save me so much money and time. So grateful for the wealth of knowledge Rachel so graciously shared. We spent 4 days at the Disney parks. Got tips on planning our days accordingly. The thing I was most excited about was eating breakfast at Cinderella’s castle to celebrate my birthday. When the day came to book, unfortunately there wasn’t any breakfast reservations available. I usually plan all of our vacations myself, but I knew Disney was way out of my league. We had Rachel plan our first family trip to Walt Disney World and she knocked it out of the park! She coordinated every last detail of our trip including booking our lightning lane passes and dining experiences. Never having gone to Disney World before, it would have been easy to feel completely overwhelmed. But she managed to make our 1st experience one to remember with cherished memories that will last a lifetime.
