Keeping the magic alive!

Hi, I’m Joyce, and I’ve loved Disney magic for as long as I can remember. Growing up in Malaysia, I’d finish all my homework every evening just in time to catch the 6:30 p.m. Mickey and Donald show on TV. Back then, I’d also head to the library to find articles and pictures of Disney World and Disneyland, carefully photocopying and cutting them out to keep in my scrapbook—just flipping through those pages felt like Disney therapy to me! As a kid, I dreamed of becoming a performer on the Disney stage, singing and sharing that magic with others all day. Life took me down a different path—I became a classical musician by trade—but my heart has always stayed close to Disney.

After two decades of planning trips for friends and family—traveling to places like Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, China, Paris, Hawaii, the Caribbean, and Canada—I finally experienced the wonder of Walt Disney World myself in 2016 with my husband and our one-year-old son. Walking down Main Street, U.S.A., was a dream come true! Since then, I’ve made it my mission to help others experience the magic of Disney in a way that’s customized to them. Whether it’s finding the best ways to maximize each day, timing attractions to avoid the long lines, or discovering the perfect spots to pause and soak up the magic, I’ll make sure your Disney experience is everything you want it to be.

As a mom to a child with special needs, I also know the importance of keeping things flexible and having a thoughtful plan. I am well versed in the specifics of Disney’s Disability Access Service as well as other offerings to cope with special needs successfully in the parks. This ensures that everyone can enjoy a magical time, including those who may need extra support.For me, travel is a way to invest in memories that last a lifetime.
