Absolutely amazing to work with. Quick to respond. Gave us exactly what we asked for in a stay. Even called and noted to hotel that we were arriving way after check in times. It was a wonderful experience and so stress free after traveling so far!

Mershawn has handled numerous trips for me for over a decade, in both business and leisure travel. She is my ultimate pro because she does so much research and has so much experience. And she always makes herself available when I am traveling. She once solved problems for me when she was on a ship in Greece. Things go wrong and she always has solutions. Our two week trip to Europe was an amazing trip of a life time. Without Mershawn's expertise in "all things travel" we could have never had the experience of seeing so many wonderful sights the way we did. We just booked our next European excursion this one will be our "retirement cruise."

Mershawn was a God send! We traversed 1,600 miles around Germany and could not have done it without her. We discussed what our family enjoyed doing and an extensive itinerary. We stayed in a different town every night and she found us the best places to stay. She included the must do sights to see and points of interest. She made everything easily accessible and made sure our vouchers were in both English and German.
